Why was I either ugly crying or had a lump in my throat the entire interview? Maybe it is because of the utmost respect I have for both the interviewer and interviewee. Tara and Brandon, you brought me to CHURCH today! What a great way to start my day . . . Amazing, amazing, amazing stuff.
The way Brandon Lake sing his music, you can close your eyes and feel the Lord talking. With the vocal ability Brandon has you just feel the meaning to the song. I actually heard others singing his music, before I knew he was the artist they came from. And you can here the difference in his singing. He was born to do what he does in my opinion. There is a King, and gratitude gratitude
Tara, while im sitting watching this, my eyes are filled with tears. It is like ur describing me for a moment. I feel u and I pray Jesus over you. By the Spirit of God, working through people like urself and Brandon, He is reaching out to so many who are not certain about that nudge, that they are feeling. Brandon Lake, God is blessing you, may He continue to do so. B i love ur voice, it is raw and powerful. And i love how beautiful ur faith is, how you are not afraid to show the world your soul and how it is poured into ur music. It is deep and God just oozes out of it. I don’t know whether you ever see all of these comments but I want you to know my seven year old grandson thinks you’re awesome I have seen him in front of the TV with his hands lifted up singing your song gratitude. Watching your music video You are affecting so many people. Don’t doubt the influence you have in this world. He’s been begging me for one of your T-shirts with a lion on it.
This was so awesome! I love both of your hearts. God is so good and it's time we stop limiting Him to inside the church and start taking Him outside the four walls again. Did you know that there are only a few recorded miraculous events inside of a Church or synagogue in the Bible. Just think about that! God sent his disciples out to do signs and wonders. He did not tell them to bring the person to a church. The modern Church has it so backwards. Church is suppose to be a training ground to equip us and send us out to the world. That is what you both are doing in this video! God Bless!

It's so amazing you said, "sacred playlist"! I do! Music is ALL I do as well. Recently been called to step out into worship ministry but have no idea what I'm doing lol..
But what resonated about the "sacred playlist", I have a "sacred song vault". It's a playlist of songs that have had a life-reckoning, unfathomable or indescribable impact on my life for any reason or another, like songs that are core memories or one or two I played on repeat in order to survive 3 minutes to the next for any amount of time. I don't know if this is common for folks like us that are literally only here fueled by music and by the move of God, but that's the case for me. Music has saved my life and it was revealed to me that even when I was in the wilderness away from God, He knew music was the lifeline and the life support. So even when I was absolutely in the wilderness, music and the knowing that I had no other option than to pursue my personal music passion by ways of just 24/7 listening, studying, dedicated my whole life to singing and learning about vocalists and I just HAD to in order to survive..... I was away from God and disobedient... but now I know He gave me this drive, this survival mechanism, this passion for music. He knew I would be away and the way He saved me from death, was that.

It’s not the churches job or worship leaders who God has called to lead worship to go and do secular crossover music and become lost in the world, which is what happens. Usually it’s Church‘s job to go out to get people and bring them into the church or bring them to events like Brandon is talking about. Take them to a Christian concert a Christian sure whatever, you don’t compromise your faith in your stance in God and get involved in worldly things
