  • Today is Day number 13 with the Navy Fitness Sasebo COFIT-19 Challenge. We are completing 3-rounds of a 3-minute long AMRAP with a 1-minute break.
    (3 Rounds)
    10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (modify with 10 deadlifts and 10 bent over rows)
    10 Right Side - Plank - Hip Lifts
    10 Left Side - Plank - Hip Lifts
    10 Glute Bridge Heel Slides (modify with 10 Glute bridges)
    [1 Min Break]
