I remember when i was 8 years old, I was held more responsible for my actions than this grownup adult cop. I climbed over the wall from my school onto private property to get a ball i accidentally kicked over. The home owner complained to the school, and I got hit on both hands with a stick and put into the corner for 1 hour as punishment. When i got home, my parents punished me too.

In addition, theres a presumption of innocence in this country. So thats why their faces, isnt spammed across media outlets.
