How cool would something like this be if the band chosen could also perform with Metallica at the Super Bowl. Call me crazy but I would rather see that than some other shows.

Metallica hasn’t done Super Bowl halftime shows because everything has to be prerecorded. They would not do that and have said so in interviews.
I doubt Metallica will ever get do to the halftime show. They use the halftime show to get non-football fans to watch, and most older football fans are already Metallica fans so there wouldn’t be much viewership to gain.

I did 4 years of high school marching band and have seen my fair share of performances. This is the most innovative marching band show I’ve ever seen.
A remarkable feat for all involved!

Been working with marching bands for most of my life. Have never before lighting special effects like this outside Broadway or a big rock show before.
Auburn was the perfect band to pull it off!
GREAT JOB!!!!! I am a UGA grad, but would love to have seen this in person. As a former marching band member, unless you have done it before, you can't understand how difficult this is and the hours of practice......plus lights to go with it!!!! All I can say is WOW!!!

I'm a huge Bama fan and hate Auburn's football team with a passion, but as someone did marching band throughout high school and college, I can't deny that Auburn's band has had some great halftime shows for the past few years. The drill in this show is gorgeous.

This is an impressive light show with impressive marching formations. If some bands are worth a million this is a ‘billion dollar band’😊. War Eagle!

That was really good, quite a show.
I never would have guessed back in the 80's that Metallica would become as mainstream an popular as they are now. They became my favorite band about 30 seconds in to the first time I ever heard them playing the cover Am I Evil. But they were way underground then. I never would have guessed they'd ever become as big as they have.
Nice job Auburn band, this was really cool to see.
My favorite part? The whole show is impressive to me, the lights they used, the pictures they created an their playing. I would have loved to have saw this live, home run in my book. Or touchdown if you prefer. This was good.

I grew up in Piedmont so I've been to more than a few JSU games and the Marching Southerners were good back in the early 90's too
