For UK Alexa Skill change your Amazon content and devices address to any US address, after this change you will be able to download the skill and then revert back to UK address. For devices not showing just setup everything else as a TV and give it a custom name (choose any button to learn, it doesn't matter) Alexa should pick up the TV with a custom name, such as garage light etc...

Alexa DOES NOT discover devices in ihc app which are user defined. That is the main reason we threw away our broadlink hub.
I concur - the Broadlink hub is useless. Cheap Chinese shite!

Where is the skill in the UK store ??? You haven't enabled it.
Broadlink DNA, you need to enable this skill for international use by asking amazon. if you don't it is useless outside of the US

I'm in the UK. It does not work in the UK. Broadlink need to ask Amazon to enable it this skill for international use. I have to use mine via the old app Broadlink App and RM Tasker running on an android TV box

you are much better off with your current setup
i have the same thing and there is no way i would switch over after i found out how bad IHC is
no macros and you can only use remote templates
so you can't even name your devices properly
it is worthless ,kind of releived in a way because i do not have to re-set everything up and regret spending $7 on the taskr app
Can't get the son of bitch to hook up to my WiFi in the USA. Do I use this app or control. Control will not hook up to rm pro.
you use e-control and have you tried the reset button yet? stick a paper clip in the hole for the reset button

Any update on this skill being enabled for the European market? It would be very refreshing to be able to cut out my android device and just enable this skill within Alexa?

You really need to make the Alexa skill available in the UK if you want to cash in on the explosion in smarthome adoption happening alongside the rise of Alexa enabled devices!
Tip: Mine wasn't working with her call word being "Echo." It started working when I set it back to "Alexa" though.

Hello, I'm using quite a time now your Broadlink product "RM pro" it works fine and I'm very happy with it. This week I noticed a message on my iPhone, when I open my app "Broadlink e-control". It says that there is a new app "ihc" which also enables my device to work with "Alexa". Immediately I started the download and set up my "RM pro" with the new "ihc" app. The app works fine with my iPhone, but the main reason I switched to "ihc"was of cause the integration of Alexa.
Looking for the skill "BroadLink" in my Alexa app, nothing was there. I tried the Alexa app on my PC, as well on my mobile to look for the skill you mentioned. Nothing there?
Maybe you forget to mention that your skill is only developed for the "United States".
So far Alexa is officially released only for 3 languages, which you can choose in the Alexa app.

For me I'm located in Germany and have no access to this skill, also I switched my language setting to English (United States) and reboot Alexa, the skill is not available. So I believe the problem might be that you limited this skill only for English (United States (UK)), which will be linked also to the IP-Address by Amazon, but did not apply on the Amazon Developer Console for German (Germany).
Question:
Do I miss something, or I did a wrong procedure to activate this skill?
If not, what are your actions on this matter?
If you didn't include "Germany", do you have already an release date for it, or you have no attention to follow up on this?
Any feedback is highly appreciated, as Alexa is widely used in Germany.

what's the difference between broadlink smart home skill and broadlink remote control skill for alexa?
This application does not work right, has several problems and the support does not know to respond. Can not explain how to register more than one user in the same house, and Alexa never works ...
IHC don't work with Broadlink TC2, is best using a bridge with tasker plug-in + alexa with a android device
RM PRO+ does not get detected by IHC app!
Added another remote after the initial Alexa setup and when I search for devices in Alexa again. It fails and can't find any new remotes. Any idea what to do other than repeating the entire process of reset RM mini and add all remotes again?

i've tried with IHC app but i cant find brand of my tv. if the app doesn't have it then i cant use it?? im using e-control app with my iphone now. i just bought an echo dot. and it seems like i can only use ihc app to use echo dot?

Why is there no support page on your website? I am able to control it from the IHC app. I added to alexa and alexa says OK when I turn the TV on but the RM Pro does not turn the TV on. Where do I get support??

I have enabled the broadlink skill in Alexa app but Alexa is unable to discover RM Pro or any other devices other than Harmony hub. Does anyone know what's the issue? I switched over from their e-control app and now all my settings are gone

does your phone need to be turned on for this too work? or does this all happen via the cloud? meaning i only need to set it up once with the Broadlink Application then after that i can remove the application and it still function?

Marco Kenson if I remember correctly you have to add device and scan the code on the broadlink tc2 box.

Yes, work in all generations of broadlink RM pro. Doesn't work with RM mini broadlink hubs
My ihc app is working only on my local network with wifi. When i try to use it from mobile network i get " authentication failed error code 2002 " .Is there anyone else that gets this error?
why can't you just use the econtrol app for that, and just use IHC for alexa?
