Lucky day with the first call
Yeah they are great people too!
What an awesome man you are that you helped that family with the children that poured the water from hose into flue!
Thanks!
@@SmedleyPlumbing Your welcome!
Some times your a hero sometimes your a zero
We all have zero days.
I have had this happen on a couple of these, one i was able to fix the other had to be replaced.
This one fell in the replacement category a few weeks later.
What were the steps you took before you decided they needed a brand new one?
We emptied the water out of everything and got it back going for a few days
I have a couple of questions. Does your company charge a flat rate? and does your company charge a service fee? Thank you
Yes we are a flat rate company. Makes pricing simple for everyone regardless of the plumbers speed, organization, and skill level.
We do also charge a service charge.
Thank you! I'm just starting a plumbing business and have been searching for a way to streamline the process. Does your company use services like housecall pro etc. to speed up the process of giving out estimates, contracts and collecting payments.
@@LowkedOut ironically, we have a podcast called The Void where we go over exactly what it takes to start your own business. Check it out.

Don’t understand why that water would have not just passed right through the heat exchanger and out through the condensate trap?
Or was it just a volume of water problem…
Because the hose was placed in the intake pipe and not the exhaust pipe. The intake pipe terminates just into the cabinet of the tankless. And I'm sure the volume of water was pretty immense as well.
@@SmedleyPlumbing only just realised, boilers in u.k mostly have one flue, intake and exhaust are in one pipe…..separate pipes on that navien
@@paulstevens5329 yep. Brings in combustion air from the outdoors.
You know its going to break down as soon as u leave
Yup. Took a few weeks but we had to return and replace the unit.
for 3:42 is a video coming for that?
I don't believe we filmed that one. Sorry about that
@@SmedleyPlumbing aw, unfortunate. Thank you tho!
