    Idk if you mentioned it, and I missed it. But when I change the lifespan duration to longer (customised mostly), I also tend to make the pregnancy duration longer. Especially because I use other pregnancy mods, and I really want to have the time to play around with the interactions during pregnancy. It is especially helpful when I play with multiple households.

      yes i totally agree!! i think doing both custom lifespan + increasing pregnancy duration can be so cute, sometimes i like to do it even with aging off just so i can play with my pregnant sims for longer. i mentioned changing the pregnancy duration in passing but not this much detail - thank you for your comment + the great tip!!

      @roosims definitely! When I make a more "realistic" gameplay, I tend to make seasons 2 weeks each and a year is 8 weeks. Then I just put pregnancy ad long as I can, I don't remember the maximum amount of days atm, but I know it doesn't add up completely, but it is pretty close. So I guess all babies are premature in that save...

    MC Woohoo is a bit strange, perhaps, as some couples are at it like rabbits and some just don't bother. I have set a pregnancy percentage and it's produced one child amongst many couples so far. I find the "expand the family" interaction more effective.

      this is so interesting, i dont have the mc woohoo module but through my mc pregnancy settings ive never really noticed this!! i feel like my game tends to spread it evenly but i'll keep an eye out and see if i notice this as well. thank you for your comment!!

    I disabled the neighborhood stories for my NPC sims but there are still neighborhood stories … I don’t know why it didn’t work in my game

      that's so odd... i'm not sure what would cause that :( i think you can go into the individual household level and check that they are turned off too. i would suggest checking out EA answers hq to see if anyone else has had this issue + if they've troubleshooted it there!

    Thanks for the great video I have a question I’m a legacy player and my heirs almost always have siblings - I’ve tried to adjust Mcc so that they’ll marry and have kids outside of my control but it’s not working, also when I tell mccc to run checks it only tells me about inheritance and not the people who moved, got married gave birth etc. does anyone have any idea - I think I may need to make sure bypass played household is disabled

    If a new update comes from the mccc mod do I need to delete every file while I changed some settings? Are my settings still the same before replacing the files with the new update

    • @roosims
      @roosims  5 месяцев назад

      hiii so an amazing simmer let me know on one of my prev videos that there is an MCCC settings file that you should save before you update it. once you update the mod, put your saved settings file back in your mods folder. that way all your settings are saved :)
