This has been suuuper helpful! I'm a fibro and probably ADHD girl so I need routine otherwise everything goes out the window....but I have just realised I've been sat here for 3 hours and forgot to have a drink.... definitely trying the pomodoro method next week!
📔 this was a really helpful video thank you! I might have to implement the 5 mins breaks here and there because I am so guilty of hyper focusing and powering through and then realising I haven’t eaten/drank anything for hours or gone to the loo 😅 then I wonder why I feel so drained haha oops
I definitely need at least a loose structure - I have a little weekly planner pad next to my bed so that I can check it first thing & last thing. (Random rant - I hate that so many planner pads only give half boxes for Saturday and Sunday or one box for the weekend 😠😂)📓
100% even if it is a small one you kind of live by slightly it will definitely help! 🩷 ahah YES!!! especially if the weekends are super busy right? 🩷 that's why I love creating them in my journal instead 🩷
such a good question!!! Well because I'm married now it isn't actually my full name anymore BUT My full name was Rebecca Elizabeth Jones so I took the first 3 letters from Rebecca the first 2 letters from Elizabeth and then my last name 🩷

Yes, I'm early this time. 😊 I agree with you on structure. I have two types of schedules, a weekly and monthly or semi monthly schedule.
LOVE THIS!! 🩷 babe you are smashing it!! 🩷
I’ve definitely found lately that setting a timer (30 minutes to an hour) has helped me be a little more structured xx
