Wrong calculation. If transformer full load has 220Amp. And u are setting,CT ratio-400 for primary and 5 amp for secondary. Then In-400Amp. If you are putting low stage full load overcurrent tripping setting,it should be 85% of your full load current. It simply means it should be set as a 0.85*In.

Friend ,you are right as per your Calculation ,if CT ratio 400/1 amp.you can set 0.5 for 200 amp tripping. But if CT ratio 400/5 amp you should set 2.5 for 200 amp, 2.75 for 220 amp.
