Great walkthrough, Doug! I've never used Flex in the sampler. That looks really useful!
It's crazy bro I literally emailed every sampler app including cubasis and no one would implement the feature, they either couldn't do it or didn't have the budget or it was out of scope blah blah. I'm so stoked to finally have this feature available and not just because I include a crap load of one-shots in every one of our sample packs lol :) Previously the only app in the entire app store that could do this was BeatMaker 3.

Hi great tutorial,can i quicky fade in/out and reverse a Sample in the inspector window please?
Nice and it looks powerful. Is there a non-Logic app available that does a similar job?
I’m not sure, I don’t think there is one that does it as well as this, but I may be wrong

@Elwaves koala is what your looking for works well in cubasis but right now it's super buggy in logic
@@lawramono4860 Thanks. I have the base version but not the Samurai IAP as I've only used it for basic editing. Didn't realise it could be used as an instrument too. Cubasis is great and I'm not planning to keep Logic, which is why I asked. 🙂
The only other app in the entire app store that can play one-shots properly with time stretching was BeatMaker 3.

Hi Doug. In quick sampler - When i slice samples. They play to the end and overlap. How do i make the sample mute when i play the next slice instead of blending sounds???? Like mute group a or choke group
Sorry not a Logic Pro fan, it’s all hype that you pay a subscription for that can’t do anything better than Cubasis or Auria
I get that you don't like it, you stated that in another comment, but again, what i show in this video is impossible in the DAWs you just mentioned.
Let's see how hard Apple comes with the updates because clearly Cubasis and Auria have not been able to keep up with the demand of their users.
No Doug but can you tell if a song was recorded with Logic Pro or Cubasis or Auria ? I think not, just because they threw out a few extra bells and whistle’s doesn’t justify a monthly subscription and pretty much all the plugins it has you can use all your other plugins with other IOS DAW’s some APP’s are just a polish revamp of other things to try and drum up money. Kinda hard to reinvent the wheel. This is nothing against your tutorials you do a great job, just tired of companies repackaging and charging a monthly subscription.
yea, i feel the same and hate subscriptions but i guess if you use it daily then it could be worse.
