Awesome content, could you just let me know what is the order of the videos I need to watch. ( Which is first second ...) Or can just watch randomly from any video
OK - Please go to my Playlists and follow the guidelines below. Some viewers have requested a 'suggested order' for watching the videos/playlists. There is some flexibility within each playlist in terms of order, however, I suggest using the video titles as a way to determine the difficulty of the topic. I've tried to 'list' the videos within each Playlist in the most logical order. My suggestion is as follows: 1. Introduction 2. Interest 3. Cash Flow Analysis 4. Applications of Cash Flow Analysis 5. Comparison Methods 6. Replacement Decisions 7. Depreciation 8. Tax 9. Inflation The above order would most closely follow the structure of my Engineering Economics course. I hope you find this useful. Best Regards, Engineering Economics Guy
Engineers are to be asked to get the current prices for engineering equipment and do engineering economic analysis. I do not see any analysis of current engineering equipment in the web pages.
@@EngineeringEconomicsGuy My comment is that engineering economics textbooks are not emphasizing or asking engineers to go out into the market and find out the current market prices and costs and do the calculations. Also the books must have current prices of various types of engineering items in the example problems. The companies who are coming out with new engineering items or improved engineering items with modified prices must present an engineering analysis for a representative price and costs. What I see is that application of engineering economics is missing. Thank you for the reply.
These videos were created for a course in the Faculty of Engineering at a University in Canada. I uploaded them to RUclips at the beginning of COVID. The content is similar to an introductory Finance course that would typically be offered by a Business School. You can probably find an online 'intro-finance' course somewhere. I'm sorry you can't actually enroll in my course...but you can watch the videos! Thanks for your comment.
Just what I needed. Thank you!
Glad it helped!
great video and great speaker. #subscribed
Thanks!!
Respected sir! It would have nice if you had given information about yourself, recommended textbook and other logistics related to the course. Thanks.

I'm not exactly sure what you're looking for. I have a Playlist with videos on 'Replacement Decisions' - perhaps you'd find that helpful?
