    Today I want to cover the benefits of bentonite clay. Bentonite clay is a volcanic ash-type clay product that's filled with all sorts of trace minerals. Bentonite clay gains a super strong negative charge when you add water. It acts like a magnet. It has a property called "adsorption," which basically means it will attract up to 2000 times its weight.
    When doing a detox or cleanse, you may want to consume this to help absorb toxins (such as heavy metal toxins or poisons) and pull them out of the body. It's also used topically in certain things like facial masks (with charcoal) to pull out toxins while saturating the body with trace minerals. Bentonite clay may also be great for poison ivy, eczema, and psoriasis.

    I did a search in your Channel for Zeolite... nothing... Bentonite Clay acts very similarly to Zeolite and they are both a volcanic ash. However, there are some big differences. Zeolite has a much different structure, which traps heavy metals and other positively charged particles such as Vaccines and most pharmaceuticals, then eliminates then through the urinary track. When Zeolite Clinoptilolite is micronized and activated the particles are so small

    I have begun to consume calcium bentonite in the morning and evening, 1/2 Tbs mixed with one cup of water as a means to assist with detox for heavy metals. I am also taking 1 tsp of turmeric mixed with 2 Tbs apple cider vinegar, 1 Tbs lemon juice, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 tsp stevia. My question is what are the contraindications of taking the calcium bentonite so close in time to the turmeric? What do you recommend? Currently, I take the calcium bentonite upon waking, wait about 30 minutes and then take the turmeric tonic. I take the second dose of calcium bentonite right before going to bed. Another question is if there are contraindications with magnesium therolate as I take that before going to bed too - could the clay interfere with its absorption? Thanks in advance.

    Will this work for SIBO?

    • @advancedtechnology1775
      @advancedtechnology1775 3 года назад +1

      SIBO is a gut disbyosis where insufficient stomach acid causes a domino effect:
      1: lack of stomach acid leads to insufficient bile = poor digestion.
      2.. insufficient acid and bile = too many bacteria, and other pathogens, parasites, etc make it past the stomach into your small intestine.
      3. Small intestine becomes overgrown with all these bad actors leading to further mail-absorption of food and nutrients.
      Remedy:
      Take high dose (approx 600-750 mg or so) HCl + pepsin capsules. Start with two at every meal. If you notice nothing, increase two more capsules. You keep increasing till you notice a mild feeling of heartburn. For me it initially required 20 capsules @750 mg HCL = 15,000 mg HCl. Then you decrease by two capsules every time you notice the mild heartburn, until you are down to just 2 capsules. At that point you can stop. This naturally boosts your digestion until your stomach can make enough acid in its own.
      So that’s just the acid part. To take care of SIBO, you have to do the 2nd part of digestion, which is the neutralization of that acid, which is the bile part. Take the bile 1 hour before each meal. You will notice this is also a natural aid to the liver and gallbladder. Your skin will look great and teeth get brighter.

      I got it:
      You have to let the clay absorb water, for 10-20 minutes, BEFORE you drink it, because it expands as it absorbs moisture!
      You do NOT want it to expand when it is already in your digestive tract. It will cause constipation!
      Moreover, 2 teaspoons is too much for drinking purposes. One is enough.
      ALWAYS(!) let the clay to expand for up to a half an hour, or more, in your glass, or it will expand in your gut!
      And that is not enjoyable.

    • @JaakkoJohannes
      @JaakkoJohannes 3 года назад +9

      Don't take DE. Your body is not able to absorb it and it gets stuck in your body and builds up, especially i nthe brain (same as c60). If you want silica then take sometimes like horsetail. Most of these silica products are dangerous. I use to take them before I spoke to a chemist about this matter. Your body can't break down silica in that form.

  • @theophila214

    Given that the bentonite clay pulls out toxins, when making & storing it as a face mask do you think it would be safe to mix the into the clay essential oils and/or possibly food items to give it color (blueberries, turmeric, cherry powder)? Maybe not the turmeric because that itself may have slightly more metals? Thoughts, tips?

    Hold On --- you have to SUSPEND the clay in water first before you ingest it. That makes it a COLLOIDAL CLAY which I believe is safe to drink. Don't recommend just adding some to water, stirring and drinking. Add a tbls to a qt of water - let it sit for 48 hrs then stir, wait till it calms down, then take a couple of tbls out and put in a glass of water or juice. That's the way to do it. 😏

      @@ItDoesntMATTERwhatYourNameIS colloidal means suspended in liquid - so you let the clay sit for around 48 hours to allow it to suspend or mix with the water - it becomes part of the water composition -- as for how much you use -- you of course can do whatever you like Rico - I actually take clay both ways depending on if I have it in colloidal form or not

    • @superpauleesworld8170

      @@ItDoesntMATTERwhatYourNameIS good catch there - yes always with a wooden spoon or hard plastic - just not metal - you want to stir it up to get it mixed - then let it sit for 48 hrs. I put mine in a glass mason jar and stir it maybe every 8 hrs or so just to keep it mixed as it wants to settle at the bottom - then when I'm ready to start using it - i stir it and then let it settle for a couple min to allow the heavier minerals like iron settle at the bottom - then i take a couple of tbls off the top and add it to my water and drink it - hope that helps 😉
