The REAL Final Boss of Super Mario Land 1 & 2? FISTS? PIPE FIST?!

- After learning about the incredibly obscure enemy "Pipe Fist" I realized that the only type of enemy common in the final levels of Super Mario land 1 & 2 are FISTS. It's absolutely bonkers that both enemies appear only once in the entire series and both are right before a final boss. I wanted to break down the way these fists make me feel. Plus there are more fists in Mario than you think.

The pipe hands in Super Mario Bros 3 final level that randomly pull you into a level were the bane of my existence. I'd have looked more kindly upon them had they instead been fists that punch you into the level.

What led to the choice of using the DX fan hack for SML but the original for SML2?
Dorky answer, but I used to casually speedrun SML2 so I can get to wherever I need to for footage pretty easy so I just play the original. I've only played SML1 casually so it takes a bit. That gave me an excuse to stream it on Twitch and we went with the DX version because most my viewers didn't like the way the original looked.
The ones in SML2 aren’t pipe fists cause they don’t come out of pipes
@gooeydude574 they are "mechanical fists". I never said they were pipe fists. Just there are 2 similar fist enemies
