12:42 your bad Canadian immigration experience might just be the beginning. I’m not sure what your future prospects are of being in Canada. (a genuine student who will go back home after your studies or adjust of status to permanent residency). If you actually intend to become permanent residents under the guise of being a student, you probably already know that you’d experience a long, winding and rocky road to the harsh processing of such a goal with an unpredictable outcome. I still wish you the best. Hope you reach your goals and succeed in your intentions.
Becoming an international student doesn’t mean disguising myself into having PR. If you thoroughly read the IRCC policy, International studies before here in Canada was a “way” to acquire PR, later after the study. I’m assuming you don’t have an idea about that. The reason why international students right now are being penalized because of the issue from the many Indian students who falsified their documents and didn’t really go to school after entering Canada. From there, the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) realized that they needed to be a little more stricter than they were before. As I have said in the video, the reason of the “bad Canadian Immigration experience” you just said was because of my early embarkation to Canada with my husband ( because we didn’t anticipated it.) We have a family here who are Canadian citizens and a house that we can stay upon landing. They are being vigilant with the people coming into their land, so that is totally acceptable. So after the long queuing, the officer thought of us having welcomed here because we basically wish to adhere, be respectful to their laws, and not to be some kind of people who will put pain in their heads. I hope that clears it all. Thank you for your wishes. God bless
@ you’re the one who declared it to be a bad experience and yes it is a bad experience - let me tell you why. It’s because Canada is cracking down due to some bad apples. And while on the subject I am sure you are not in Canada to simply be a student. Like most, I’m sure you would wanna be PR. No one comes to Canada as a student only to be as a student. I know that. YOU know that, the visa officers know that, the immigration officers know that before they even came in contact with you and the Canadian government knows that. So you are under the guise of being a student. I can guarantee you that you won’t go home after your studies and that is exactly what I meant. There is no two ways about that. Hey, I didn’t say you’re not allowed to do it, since Canada still allows it. I don’t need ton”thoroughly read the IRCC policies - I know it and now they’re shaving everyone away. All I’m saying is under this method of coming to Canada and immigrating, you will have a long and hard process of getting to this goal. It’s just FACTS. Like I said good luck to you.
