I quite agree about you have in the pantry/fridge/freezer & just use whatever is there to make an easy meal. 0:33 🤣the eggs gets cooked then goes into the tummy!!

Food has a best before date or a minimum expiration date. It is by no means a maximum date. Even after the date almost all food is perfectly good to eat.

My cookware is old and burns easily, so I have to use a special kind of foil called "non-stick foil."🍳🔥
