Your videos have absolutely inspired me to try this game. Recently picked up an Xbox after many years gap in gaming (42 yo Dad). This was one of my first downloads. This is honestly my favorite competitive multiplayer game I've played!

playing it will give you a decent sense of the game far better than tutorial vids. its a super fast paced game and has LOTS of different potential playstyles/team combos. it can be a bit much when you first start out but you get the hang of it pretty quick and its free
If you want a basic idea of whats going on, at the start of the round, two vaults spawn, indicated by numbers, and two cashouts spawn, indicated by letters. The vaults have to be unlocked and brought to a cashout, which then take 130 seconds to be completed. Other teams can come and steal your cashout while it is processing the vault, and whoever owns it at the end of the cashout timer gets the money inside it. Once a cashout/vault is completed, it will despawn and another will spawn. At the end of the round, the two teams with the most cash will go through. You can think of it as a glorified capture the flag into king of the hill type of gamemode

One of the main issues why the game isn't that popular tbh. Too much is going on and viewers have no idea what is happening unless they have played the game
You have to reload from empty to slam fire like you're describing. There's nothing to "fix," what happens is, if you reload when you aren't empty, there's no shell into the chamber for you to slam fire.
After 100 hours, I am debating quitting. Too many people just play as lights, not enough explosions and flying goo for me to have fun anymore. plus the heavy is losing its power, the snipers n such just ruin the fun this game has potential of. Back to playing teardown (pixel destruction game) and BeamNG Drive again it looks like. Also wish theyd add non competitive styled gameplay and bigger more unique layed out maps, and more cool guns like the goo gun, and cool items like the explosive red canisters. Only reason I played this game and I'm sure the same for many others hence its popularity yet being so basic at the same time. Its because of its unique ideas that they started and have yet to expand upon.
I just started a few days ago. Game feels bland. Like a battlefield/hyperscape/overwatch hybrid. Plus, the matchmaking is terrible. It's only going to get worse as the numbers dwindle. It's an okay game, but it's well polished, sure.

Lights are everywhere. Zipping around and somehow doing the same damage as heavies
I've been using that new shotgun, the Cerberus... Lights hate getting tagged with that thing.

Can you please fix the reloading on the Model so that when shooting the reload stops? Once you start reloading you can only stop it with a Mele 😅
