FlowPointMethod it would be cool to get tips on the pre gate pull out and setting up for the initial attack. Maybe some tips on weak side (front side) turns. 🤙🏼
What are your thoughts about lifting the rear heel in order to get weight forward? And even if the answer is to *ideally* have the heel stay flat, what if you don't have the ankle mobility/strength necessary to do that? To compensate, it seems like lifting the rear ankle still maintains a good stack and forward weight.
