- Have you ever gone to the gym and thought, "What should I do today?"
You walk around haphazardly jumping on a few pieces of equipment and finishing your "weights" with a quick set of bicep curls before hopping on the elliptical to burn a few calories.
Once you're finished, you feel good that you showed up and did something...but you know it wasn't great.
So maybe you subscribe to an app that delivers daily workouts, but even then, it's hard to follow and you know that it's not really tailored to you.
You may bounce around for a while but never get in your groove.
This is a common story for most men trying to get in shape.
Usually, this leads to frustration, confusion, and eventually...a hard stop.
Truth is, programming is really tough.
I've programmed for others, and myself, for decades,
And because I've had so much experience customizing programs for hundreds (maybe thousands) of individuals, I have it pretty dialed in.
Not to mention a solid framework and "path" for developing savages.
Everyone starts from a different place, but guys over 40 NEED strength, power, and endurance to age well.
And it needs to be done in a safe, effective, and efficient way.
Point is...get someone to program for you.
Stop wasting your time and energy not knowing what to do and start getting results.
