  • 1 lb elbow macaroni
    16 oz evaporated milk
    1 1/2 cups half & half
    1 1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbsp dijon mustard
    24-32 oz shredded cheese
    1/2 stick of butter, sliced
    Chicken broth
    Combine ingredients together and mix
    Place butter slices on top
    Cook on low for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours until pasta is tender and cheese is melted
    Every half hour pour in 1/4 to 1/2 cup of chicken broth, and stir
