Kerry your humor is under appreciated! Seems the majority of homes I get hyped about are not available in my area--yet! As more players take the field I’m hoping this changes. Keep the content rolling out!
lol The one with " 2 kitchens, 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms...No.....just making sure everyone's staying awake"...lol that got me. I WAS thinking whaaat??? 2 kitchens???.lol...thanks for another great find an humor to match.
haha! thanks for watching Marian
As always I love the humor you throw at us eg. the reference to the sandwich. Never miss any of your postings. Thanks for your super work.
So surprising, innovative construction assembly, & yes, I like the blue/gray color scheme. The M47 is good design, I like it. Curious about price. Thanks, Kerry.
thanks!
Kerry, Kerry, Kerry 🤦🏼♀️ you had been doing so well. Then you bring me something I really like from Lithuania. Lithuania?! What happened? I thought we had something sorta going on. 😂
haha! my bad
oh geez the terrarium is again perilously and precariously perched at the precipice!
I ran to the comments to mention that as well. It must be saved!
haha!
I like the way you are able to combine them together to make a bigger one.
Is anyone else concerned that his little glass Terrarium is about ready to fall off of the table? Hey! I like these Modular’s.
I will check the terrarium
Hope that the terrarium in the background doesn't tip over.😊 Love your videos.
He knows. He leaves it that way to traumatize us.
You know we want content products like this in the US and Canada markets!
Our local governments need to change the laws to allow small homes. It’s sad that Europe is so far ahead!
I really think this is the way for people to get into their own home. I will be sharing your channel with everyone I know.
thanks!
number 2 and can you give the terrarium a wee push more on the table.🤠✌ all us ocd cant stand it lol
haha I'll make the adjustment
I tried to move it with telepathy but it's just too far. Lol
Maybe the foot long turkey build could be customized with two cuts for even more mobility.
Genius!
or 3!
Nice design and I like the gray too. Even though they say they don't want to customize, this segmented approach is perfect to do just that. Adding one of those narrow segments to increase bedroom or living room size would be easy. combine two and a built in desk for a small office.
"anti loft campaign" lol! Kerry your terarium is about to fall off the table! this is an interesting home series, , thanks for the podcast today!
thanks for watching
Pam here….love the humor too. I have been wanting to see something that a client can finish out inside. Kitchens, custom builtins, bathrooms there can be much more saving and creativity for storage too.
Kerry in all the videos you have graciously posted and researched the European homes always seem the most innovative and stylish
Thanks, Kerry! They’re getting better all the time.
agree!
Love the gray! And the model! Your too funny😂😅😂
haha thanks for watching
Hi Kerry, Love all the info on the prefab homes. I watch all the time. Small request, could you move your plant terrarium over slightly? One bump and it is on the floor. Thank you!
I will!
M Cabin seems to have a sharp eye for exterior colors. I agree with you about the grey exterior. That was my favorite front porch color scheme. 👍
I have to admit, they can pack a lot into a small space. These are both efficient and clever. I’d like to see one with solar panels. I bet they get that request a lot. They look like a company on the rise. 📈
Great video Kerry. Keep up the great work. 😎
7:00 😂😂😂" 2 of everything" lol. I like your ideas on space usage. Seems like a good company, albeit a distance for most of us intrigued by modular homes. 🥶🖤🔔👍🏻❤️
I'd like to know when Kerry is getting his own prefab home? And when can we see it?
What would I do without this channel??? Another great prefab. Love this one ☺️ Thanks fren
Thanks Michele! glad you enjoyed it
Great stuff, and you are very funny talking about it Kerry! 👊
thanks Jaro!
Looks nice. I do like splitting the houses width wise versus lengthwise like a standard double wide mobile.
Two kitchens is a great option (6:55). Preferably an indoor and an outdoor kitchen.
When it comes to meals, two of everything is a great place to start. ;)
hey theres an idea
Yep! Pretty cool option! Love the design
Glad you like it!
Kerry, love your great info and style of journalism!👍
Glad you enjoy it!
Fantastic content per usual & entertaining .. Thanks !!
thank you
I like the contemporary industrial feel of these. I sure wish every prefab would add 2' to their interior heights, and add more sleeping lofts, like tiny homes often do. Lower ceilings are a drag. This one has some lift, which is nice. In San Diego, 8 ft side walls are required for all new construction.... It's too bad that many prefab builders often drop the side walls below 8 ft, if they have a peak. Up to 24 ft is allowed in San Diego for ADU's. It's helpful to take advantage of at least 18' of that height, with a sleeping loft.
Man you always amaze me thanks
thanks for watching!
Really nice-looking homes. 👍
thanks Dale
Amazing great content 🎉👏
thank you
Hmmmm... Kerry, aren't you due for another vacation? Like, maybe in... Lithuania? Like, maybe when they're delivering a home somewhere... and you just happen to schedule your vaycay on the very same day... for the whole day... so you can video how that house is set up? Hmmmm... sounds like a fine fun vacation to me!!!! Let us know when you! :)
The ADU I have in my backyard has a loft accessed by a ladder. I love it. Those who don’t care for them are just missing out.
Thank you! Lofts are great
The M Cabin wins the groovy architectural award.
100%
Interest. Skill. I don't have it. LOL, you're so funny!
I like the bedroom and loft model the best.
I like the grey, too. 👍🏼
glad to hear it!
Really pretty!
glad you like it!
⭐⭐⭐⭐ I love your videos, you seem to have the latest on Prefab homes. However, I’m looking for one that offers 2br. 2bathrooms. Stay Safe & Healthy… Abrazos
Very nice Cabins!
Thanks for watching
Love the grey
same
It does look simple to put together, and an expand ability I like. Thx Kerry for all your info. Bummer on price unavailability.
thanks for watching!
Awesome 👍 It's the new trend!
thanks Kirby!
Very unique 😊 I love theses 🗣️ Team Small Homes
glad you like them!
Adorbs!
thanks for watching
Would you consider getting into how people secure these to the ground and prep the site at all? It could be a series (wooded, hilly, beach adjacent, etc.). I like the concept of modular but just wonder about the practicality and safety in extreme weather (not getting lifted off the ground, having a basement or crawlspace). I always enjoy your content and humor. This is just an idea. Thank you!
Kerry- Have you ever looked at Q Modular. I remember driving by a factory of there's between Krakow and Rzeszow Poland? Maybe I missed that episode. I think I would prefer a container home using 3-4 40 ft high cube.
A 40 feet high cube? What would you do with all that height? 😉😁 (sorry, I could not resist). I know, 40 foot long ‘high cubes’.
Good video, they keep getting better, especially the onsite videos. All the good prefabs are in Europe. Really wish a North American manufacture could make a prefab like this. Everything USA is super expensive custom or a mobile home manufacture pretending.
Nailed it, Alice 👌
When the rolling blackouts happen, people will run to their cabin. Pardon the rant and interesting company to research.
Simplicity is Divinity
Lux Veritas
And FJB!!!
ha, 20mins! id been in youtube jail (again!) ... finished! so .. hawai'i? fingers crossed!
haha again!?
Kerry, be careful that terrarium doesn't fall!
I saw that too, LOL
haha
I like the one with the loft. Even if you don't like to climb a ladder, you need someplace to put your belongings. Maybe you might need help once in a while. I would prefer stairs though.
Nice video! 😊
thank you
Very nice!
thanks for watching!
I’m half Lithuanian, so these have to be excellent!😊
awesome!
I'm never gunna stop looking to see where that glass fish bowl w rocks is as far as nearly falling off the shelf 😂😂 how long does it have??
haha!
Very nice Work
thanks!
Imho the best way to make the tiniest livable and comfortable, is to have an extended wrapping counter in the kitchen that includes eating and can even extend for more seating and table use. The kitchen is not practical otherwise if you cook at all and it’s much more homey to sit at a counter while someone cooks. Plus you save space by having the eating area attached….
For the people who don't like the loft, maybe they could incorporate a fireman's pole or slide from the loft directly down to the bathroom. 😏😉
As a subscriber for many years, I’ve enjoyed the comprehensive coverage of your podcast reviews. They will ultimately guide me in the near future to a first purchase and delivery to my Pacific Northwest location not far from the Canadian border. I’m curious to know if you use a teleprompter when recording seated indoors. Thank you for a great job and professional success as a RUclips podcaster.
I don't have a teleprompter but I'm going off notes on a computer
I've been looking at these for my property. I'm thinking an M10 for my bedroom and an M24 for the living/kitchen space. I plan to visit one of the demo spaces this spring/summer.
awesome!
Kerry’s Teetering Terrarium is a RUclips mainstay.
haha!
I see the market evolving and hope to see pricing on these but I’m the guy that doesn’t have to have what everybody thinks is cool .. right away anyway. You do a great job with these videos and I appreciate you and you’re funny, but I’m about 18% more funny
Lofts are good for kids.
Most think they're cool and don't give a crap about a ladder or if it's warmer up there.
I think you should keep the terrarium where it is to add tension and drama. Great channel you.
Haha it’s become a talking point 😂. Thanks
You had me until you said they are in Lithuania, not going to hold my breath for the US… but very interesting footprints. And I have to say: The baths look T-niney!!
Kerry, would you recommend a modular home manufacturer for South Florida, using steel construction?
Your terrarium off the table is stressing me out 😂
haha, I'll adjust it
Kerry , any news on QUE installation in Puerto Rico ? You mentioned as soon as it arrives you do a video. Do you know if it got installed?
I'm expecting info this week
Dude, I kept waiting for your terrarium to fall off the table. Move it over. Get it together, Man! (I enjoy your work).
haha, I think it's stable
Hello - You should probably push your terrarium over unto table a bit more... Thanx 4 Info !
good idea
Thanks!
Thank you 🙏🏻
People who are commenting about liking your humor.
I was just wondering when it was going to start. 😏😜
Okay sometimes you crack me up a little bit. 😂
Nice
thanks
This very thing is already being done in the US. Your terrrarium is about to fall off BTW. Great as always!
MEEEEE LOVEY❤❤❤❤❤
glad to hear!
I noticed that there isn't really any space to put your fridge in any of the models, except in the corner by the door 😂 or if you're supposed to put a mini fridge on top of your counter for the models that don't have that space. 😂
Love the vids but this time I couldn't stop worrying that your little terrarium might topple off the table behind you 😮
haha
The terrarium is teetering on the edge of that table. Kerry, are you deliberately screwing with me?
hahaha
❤
I like the gray also Kerry! Does that mean anything?
I don't know! It might
@@KerryTarnow 😁 When are you coming to Europe again?
I saw the trucks that were making the deliveries and knew this wasn't going to be in North America. :(
Will it fit inside a shipping container?
I am worried the terrarium will fall off the table behind you Kerry.
I will check in on it
Nice, but with the bed being right up against the wall on three sides, changing the sheets would be a real pita.
fair point!
Kerry: You're batting 400 recently....what's up?
Careful your terrarium doesn’t fall off the table!
haha!
Any idea if they deliver it in Canada?
I dont believe they do
@@KerryTarnow thanks Kerry
Must be nice
hahaha
I really like your channel, but I've got a hang up..would you consider changing your first name? You look like a Tyrell.
Ha! 😂 jk, keep up the great work!
haha! I'll consider it
My first thought is: how the hell do you change the sheets on the bed?
Haha
Do i smell a spring trip to Lithuania …. ???
hey theres an idea
How much ?
2 Bedrooms, 2 Kitchens and 1 Bathroom 😂.
haha
Hi terry My name is frank haha
hi Frank!
Why can't be manufacturing homes, here in USA just like that one?!
Some are similar!
I'm beginning to think a lot of these places don't even exist.
Not sure why you would think 🧐🤔 that.
Your terrarium is teetering on the edge….
I'll check it!
