Oh Steph my heart breaks for you. I lost my Nan 11 weeks after my Dad passed and it becomes so hard to deal with double the grief. Sending my love you beautiful 🩷🩷. Wow the retreat sounds amazing. Your so brave to go on your own. I’m an introvert until I know someone well so I’d be so worried I wouldn’t meet anyone because that part of adulting & my anxiety makes meeting new people really awkward so when I say I admire you going alone I truly mean it. It sounds amazing for the mind, body & soul. Your so right we do mask our grief with being busy but when your at the retreat & you have no access I can only imagine you have no choice to be in your feelings. As sad & hard as it is what a beautiful journey to take. Take care of yourself darling and great to see your beautiful face again 🩷
Put so perfectly. I have incorporated alot of strategies into my life to improve my overall happiness, I got off the mouse wheel and I'm better for it. My parents are the perfect example they have always lived like they were retired doing hobbies and travelling.
I appreciate your honest and candid account of how life and the grief process has been for you. By sharing, it gives others permission to give themself grace, and as much time as needed. I would love to hear about your new tech boundaries and routines!
Remember your allowed to find glimpses of joy as you greave they will be them shining on you
So sorry for your loss. Dont apologise for anything u dont need to. U need time with ur family to heal. We'll wait until ur ready to return. Take care ❤
So sorry for your loss Steph ❤ life is so hard at times. Grief hasn’t a timeline, I lost my dad in 2017 and my mum 2019 and I still struggle. I am so glad that you have a loving husband and gorgeous girl’s in your life. So glad that you’re back but only if you’re going ok.
I’m sorry to hear this beautiful soul ❤️😔
So sorry for your losses, stay strong . 1 day at a time x

Yes I'm a single mum of two and going through a deep low due to MS, FND, lupus, hashimoto's, fibromyalgia and debilitating symptoms and I would love to know your new routine and changes with tech and devices because I need some me time as I'm completely pouring from an empty cup.😢
We missed you, but your life and family are your priories and we all understand that you needed some time alone

Maybe I need to go on one of these retreats
So sorryto hear about your loss..but you a certainly right about grief no matter how big or smaller....a person once asked me when was it the last time I really smelt some flowers or a rose..without gym, ,ids, cooling, house worrying about darn money...so now it's a walk in my street loo,ing at the beautiful trees and plants and smelling a rose I planted. 🌹
So sorry for such another significant loss in such a short time. How incredible the way you have reflected on the way both your dad and nan impacted your life and what you’ve learned from them.
I’m sure a lot of people will feel encouraged by the way you’re caring for yourself in this.
Take care 🙏🏼

I’m feeling your pain Steph - it’s still so raw. I lost my precious hubby to cancer last year also and can confirm that unless it is a journey you have travelled yourself, you will never fully comprehend the depth of pain and the moments of sheer collapse one goes through💔💔💔
You are such a pure soul - please never apologise for your tears or change who you are. You are perfect❤️
You have a beautiful and attentive husband and 2 precious angels that adore you - that is everything🙏
Sending you and your beautiful family much love and strength❤️🙏

Oh omg , I lost both my parents late 30s . It's so hard . I masked my pain . I tried to smile through it. It came and bit in the butt. Long story.....Thank you for sharing.
Omg I just posted this and found out my son has hacked my account 😂. Omg 🙄
Welcome back Steph😊
Thank you for sharing this Steph, and for your openness and honesty. I am sorry for the loss and grief you’re experiencing. I know you enjoy reading and I want to recommend ‘Rushing Woman’s Syndrome’ by Libby Weaver. It really resonated with me, when I was in such a busy season of life with raising young children, working, and in a difficult relationship at the time. It can seriously be a daily battle to keep up and you appear to be a very selfless person always putting others’ needs ahead of your own. I’m so glad the retreat was so beneficial for you and you can recognise where you can make some changes in your life towards healing and becoming more balanced. Glad to see your lovely face again and look forward to your future videos ☀️ 🌸 🍃🌼💕🌿
Please do your new routine and maybe more about your retreat and what they did !
So sorry for your loss ❤
