Great video as always! I did get told by a naturopath that water immediately before meals can cause bloating as it dilutes your stomach acid. If you get bloating or gut issues, maybe switch up when you chug the water 😂
Steph,what you described w/ your shoulders,knees,etc. sounds like Ehler’s Danlos -it’s a connective tissue disorder. On the plus side- as you’ve seen, we can build up our muscles and it also makes us more flexible- which is nice for yoga! :-)
