I appreciate your no-nonsense videos. Very good information packed in an exciting video.
I find that with the minor shapes it's important to know which position the chord is in, especially which note is on the A string.
With the A minor shape, the root is on top, so it would be a first inversion. When playing a melody, that would be a good position to accent the root note.
With the D minor shape, the chord is in root position, so the fifth is on top.
With the F sharp minor, or G flat minor, the third is on top, so it's in second position.
I'm following you from sunny Switzerland in 2023. I'm following the climate change thingy and everyone is saying it's arriving faster than expected.

Awesome video Kevin. This gives me a great method to start moving away from those beginner chords. Makes me feel like my playing can move up a level with practicing these shapes. You are the best!

Thanks, Kevin! I’ve started experimenting with playing chords I know and moving them up the fretboard. I’m getting some interesting and pretty sounds. It’s really fun.

Kevin, thank you so much for everything you do for us and for supporting us.
When I listen to twenty one pilots, but haven't played House of gold, so I didn't know this Bbm chord. Also a new shape for me is F#m.
Your videos're super useful and informative. Looking forward to the third episode. And again thank you. You don't know how u help me.
Are your fingers alright or this is just reflection of the light?
Hope you have a great week.
    Love and appreciate you.

    Hi Kevin
In your first 'Moveable Chords' lesson you mentioned the 'root' of the chord. Would you explain what that means please.
Great videos by the way. You've really helped me since beginning the uke at Christmas.

I wonder if the title should be “Minor” instead of “Major” and lesson 3 called “7th” instead of “major”? Your content and teaching style are excellent..

Just subscribes to your awesome channel! Thank you for all your videos and talent! I'm working towards including the ukulele into my Wildlife Conservation Videos for my channel plus, perform live gigs with the Uke... I am looking into a Bose L1 with a USB/Bluetooth mixing board as well. Do you have any suggestions?
