I asked you a question about your cookie press machine cookies. I'm sorry if I am asking through this recipes, but I just wanted to know about the cookie batter. Is it harder than the bater used in a piping bag? I just love how awesome that machine looks, as well as the cookies. Thank you!

What if I don’t have food thermometer? How do I know when to get it off the stove?

If you had a lot of experience with candy making you might be able to do it by color and smell. It's probably unsafe to do it without the thermometer.

Can I make this recipe with roasted peanuts? Thats what I have at home. I was thinking i could just add them in later in the recipe.

I've never tried using roasted peanuts in this PEANUT BRITTLE CANDY recipe :)
