Thank you for sharing your trip to Barbados and Sandy Lane with us. I thoroughly enjoyed that. We have honeymooned and holidayed in Barbados on a few occasions visiting Sandy Lane for Afternoon Tea several times which was so scrummy. We are finally at a stage in our lives when we can afford to stay at Sandy Lane and so I’m checking room tours and vlogs of the place as we plan our holiday. I cannot begin to tell you how excited I am. xx

When I lived in Barbados in 1962 my family would sail by schooner at weekends from Bridgetown to Sandy Lane for lunch and a swim. On the return journey I would sometimes dive of the boat and swim into Paradise Beach where my family lived before we moved to Port of Spain in Trinidad. Many happy memories of Barbados .. the West Coat seas mostly lapped gently onto some very fine beaches.

Really enjoyed watching your trip. I love Christmas in the UK, but sometimes it is so nice to get away and have a relaxing holiday ready for the new year to begin.

The hotel, the food, the beach and omg the golf course view....just stunning! Watching your vlog made me feel like I went on this trip myself. Honestly winters are so dark and miserable where i live I just can't... Hope you're feeling relaxed and recharged after such a gorgeous vacation

What did you use to film under the water? xx
my iphone! i thought it was waterproof.. it isn't 😂 it mostly worked, but it didnt let me charge it for 24 hours afterwards, said it needed to dry. So glad i got the footage but probably won't try it again, i have a go pro now :)

place looks great but the camera is jumping around too much. take your time . slow down.
