Thank you for your tutorials, I could fix many errors in production. Except one. How long does it take to dry pretreating garment using heat-press?? And temperature?? I have no room and time for air dry. Please...let me know manual direction, not experienced knowledge.
Hi Kelly Birkhead You can get a spray bottle and fill with distilled water. Spray the edges then squeegee them out to help alleviate the problem. If you're still experiencing an issue, please feel free to email us at info@anajet.com if you have any more questions. Thanks!
Joshua Kiewel As long as the pretreat is specified for light garments then yes there are benefits. The washability is great and colors are more vibrant. I do not recommend using dark pretreat for light shirts that are only being printed with CMYK.
Deana Leelachat white textiles are also pre-treated? because red is for me a problem-color and see the color fades after fixing (175 degrees an 90 sec) thanks for the support
christophe zimmer Hi Chris.. yes it is normal kitchen vinegar. www.walmart.com/ip/10450989?wmlspartner=wlpa&adid=22222222227000000000&wl0=&wl1=g&wl2=c&wl3=41833582510&wl4=&wl5=pla&wl6=19880599990&veh=sem
christophe zimmer You dont necessarily need to pretreat your white shirts. However, if you do decide to, dont use the pretreat for dark garments. if you do decide to pretreat your white garments, use a pretreat meant for light shirts. and youre welcome! i'm glad you find these videos informational!
ozprez It can be depending on how many shirts, if you already use the existing method of screen printing, dtg printers are a great route for low volume orders (great for cost of material and time). When I pretreat, I can see where the treatment ended on the shirts. There is a discoloration. How do I fix that?

Do you add Vinegar to the Sprint pretreatment as well?
Nope, I've found that the viscosity of the Sprint pretreat doesnt have much effect.
Thanks. Also, are there any benefits to using light garment pretreatment?
