My gimbal not working please help
I am currently doing a shootout between this and the smooth 4. I have an iPhone 12 pro max and the smooth 4 does work but noticed some irregularities. the 12pro max is above its payload so I bought this one (which can technically handle the weight). so far so good but I will say two things that REALLY bothered me. First was the initial setup and unlocking the main upper half. with the lock button depressed, it was almost frozen. I had to use so much force that I was afraid I would break it. Took a LOT of pressure and force. Second is, I wish somehow they could've made some indicator of which mode youre on. even if just a small LED next to the button you pressed. other than that, handles weight of 12 pro max VERY well. balancing instructions were a bit tough to understand. the smooth 4 was VERY simple. of course now that ive been through the setup for the mini-p it will be much easier but for the first timers, take your time and look up tutorials.

I am at that stage still waiting for my Sammy 20 Ultra Note the Auckland shop is under Lock-down Level 4 so l spent hours & hours sorting out a 360 Case & Gimbal Looking at Lots of RUclips videos this is the one l will buy..... the Sammy is at the Top of the Smooth 4 weight range....No Good.... even though a $100 cheaper ...I want something with Lot of Grunt

When I switch my gimbal to portrait mode to take videos horizontally. Many times it just turns off and releases the gimbal. How can that be fixed??

I bought a Moza Mini S gimbal, but with my iPhone XS Max (without the case) I was seldom able to get it balanced properly. Most of my videos were slightly off angle-wise and couldn't be used. I sent it back and got a second Mini-S but the same problem. Have there been any other issues with a bigger phone being used on this gimbal? I really like the product and the app that comes with it, but without being able to balance the phone I can't use it.

The site shows very limited number of phones as compatible! Is it so? Or any android or iPhone within size and dimensions limits as mentioned on site is compatible?

Hi, my Moza Mini Mi Gimbal falls into sleep mode with a few seconds of being turned on. I havent been able to find a way to override this sleep mode. (tired pressing the on/off button but still cant make it work) .. tried to update the firmware but seems like im using the newest version.. any idea on how to to fix this problem? Thanks a lot!

Hi, Just purchased Moza Mini S extendable 2 days back.. Following functions are not working - 1. Default mode after pressing the trigger twice.

How do i get into vertigo mode
its a lil bit tricky,u need to use the zoom on the gimbal and u need to move forward or backward manually. sample when u zoom in on gimbal u need to stepbackwards too

The maximum payload for MOZA Mini S is 0.57lbs/260g, as long as you phone is under this weight, then you can use put you phone on the MOZA Mini S to use, thank you.

My MOZA isn’t even sturdy. All of the axis spin wildly both on and off. I am familiar with stabilizer and I know that don’t just swing loosely like this. HELP!

Good day can I ask, what is the maximum weight/bearing capacity of the gimbal's 1/4 screw tripod mount on the bottom?
Planning to attach/screw the gimbal it to a long extension pole via the 1/4 screw mount to get high up shots, but concerned if the weight of the gimbal and an action camera will be too much and possibly shear or break the mount off.

@@GudsenMOZA good day saw the specs of the gimbal on the website, it only lists out the maximum payload/weight the gimbal itself can carry.
Nothing specified specifically for the maximum payload the 1/4 tripod mount at the bottom can carry, I don't think that the max. payload for the gimbal itself only is the same with the max. payload for the 1/4 tripod mount?
Mine is new and I’ve used it like twice but it goes on sleep mode after seconds of use and it’s really annoying. I feel I wasted my money!

My Moza Mini S (Essential) goes to sleep after some time while using motion time-lapse/trajectory delay mode. I set the path points, set the time and everything. After a few minutes I see that the gimbal is to sleep before the time is complete. I set it for 10 minutes but it went to sleep just after 4 minutes...

I want to access my OnePlus 6T's normal camera, not the wide angle default. All I can do is switch between front and back cameras. Sometimes the camera picks up one of the motors just a little bit.

Android phones currently cannot select 60fps, but the Apple do not have this restriction

would be a decent product if it worked on more then just 5 android devices ( 4/2019)
