ARGH! lemme explain this. You're wondering ''why is this album exactly like Dear Love:A Beautiful Discord?'' Patterns Of A Horizon was their demo to Rise Records and they were hired a year later. They didn't like how Patterns Of A Horizon sounded so they re-recorded it for they first album and changed the name.THERE!

Dear love, It just includes re-recorded versions of all the tracks from their demo, Patterns of a Horizon, and two original tracks, "Texas is South" and "Dogs Can Grow Beards All Over".

Actually, they do write the stuff they want to write, which is exactly why they changed this much. Watch this /watch?v=00pK46SUAhY . In lots of other interviews they also say, that they wish they had done better music from the beginning on. They're nothing like puppets. They develope exactly how they want to develope. In a studio update for 8:18 Mike also explains, why he changed the way his screams sound. Well, actually his screams never changed, but he wanted them to sound more natural in the new record. He wanted the screams to sound like they sound live.

+Blaarkable With Dead Throne and 8:18, I don't feel like i'm listening to the same band at all anymore. Indeed, they've grown up, but everything about them just seems kinda tainted since.

@@MichaelPsyche literally the thing that sets them apart from other metalcore bands is that they do whatever they want Bro. Are you kidding? All they had to do to reach #10 on the billboard charts again was make another dead throne or zombie ep. But Mike is never satisfied with his work so they change constantly. And it's cost them alot of fans. But you better believe they have always done what they wanted.

@@MichaelPsyche and even though I love old Tdwp, THATS when they were trying to fit into the whole metalcore scene and do what everyone else was doing
