Who is listening in 2024?
Dude that was fuckin awesome 🤘🏼💯
I was scrolling through the comments and everyone is talking about how great the song is but can we take a second to respect that Nova killed it on this video production Hollywood level hype piece done by 1 woman
Tom MacDonald has saved me from suicide and helped me through drug addiction and has helped me stay clean
I am a recovering alcoholic and drug addict. Been clean 24 years and this song produced tears. Thank you for what your doing. Keep on keeping on.
I’m almost 3 years clean, and as a recovering addict, I FELT ALL OF THAT!
This isn't just lyrics. This is feelings straight from the heart
I'm a recovering alcoholic. I put this song on every morning to motivate myself to fight for myself. I can rap the whole song!
"I'll be the greatest as long as the sky's blue"
For anyone who doesn't suffer from it... this is what depression, anxiety, addiction, and an imbalance of self esteem feels like on the constant.
I'm a older women who accidentally found this rapper.
I am a retired Corrections Officer and I have dealt with many people with Mental Health issues. This is a great rendition of what it's like to go through withdrawals. The video enhances the experience and draws the observer right into it. It allows us to share your pain. It takes an artist to make another feel with your art. Much credit most go to you, and your PIC Nova. This is right up there with Pink Floyd's "The Wall". Damn it good to see high intelligence come pack to music. I love the follow ups "Let Me Go" and finally "Stronger Version". I have a couple of recommendations for you: Frank Zappa - "I am the Slime" and Harry Chapin - "There Only Was One Choice". May God Bless you on your journey and keep following your heart.
47 days sober as of today from my own addictions.. ❤ i just wanna say from everyone who is taking it day by day, THANK YOU FOR THIS SONG. ❤
Can we all just appreciate that Tom is the first rapper ever to bring together young and old, and people from every race, creed, religion, and background?
Hello, I'm Shawn... I'm an alcoholic. I found this vid after hearing Fake Woke on the Glenn Beck show. Became an instant fan even being over 50 and hating rap music. Spent the last three days watching your vid's and reactions in my off time. One girl posted in the comments about this song and I checked it out...... Damn, you hit the nail on the head about addiction.
I never thought a rap song would make me cry. I’m not even a rap fan. Thank you I really needed this you lifted me from a two year slump. Thank you for reminding me who I am and to fight those bad thoughts.
I've only been listening to him for a day but already I'm 💯 percent hooked
My man had a rap battle with himself, what a legend
I'm an evangelical Christian and I'm speechless. This was deep. I might have to watch this a few more times to really understand what I just watched. This young man is a rare talent for real. No pretense, no foolery, no fakeness.
Its amazing how you and your music came into my life. I am a 42 year old custodian. While cleaning up a classroom this song came on my headphones while listening to pandora. As my name is Thomas as well, it really scared me, but also got my attention. as i sat down at a students desk i listened to the lyrics of this wonderful song. I played it over and over. During this time of my life, i was headed towards divorce, neglecting my kids and dealing with my own demon. Even after a year of week to week therapy, nothing was sticking till this song literaly called my name. Since that night, i have turned almost everything in my life around. I have even discussed your music in therapy and how it has changed my outlook on my situations. Thank you from one Thomas to another.
