Thats really high for me at the 46 hand . I am usually done after 20 to 25 hands or +10- +13, but occasionally I play to around 50 hands if I like the shoe. We can alot of tables to okay with, so I abandon alot of winning shoes. +13/-13 is my abandon point.

As I said, the first shoe was a "shoe from heaven" which is almost a guarantee that we will get there late for it...lol.
If your bet selection can win a more typical shoe from further "south" of heaven, then consistent profits are more likely.

Yes 100%- playing “avant- dernier” system. Never lose more than 3 in a row. Dream shoe for me. But not many shoes like this come up often enough! Usually terrible twos and randomness wipe me out🤬!
That is my point...with a "fixed" bet selection like that not many shoes will fit that fixed rule pattern.

@@IMove2Earn It is simply betting on the hand that won prior to last hand. Can lose 10 or more in a row if terrible twos appear.....BBPPBBPPBBPP....etc

The board is a history of all the cards that have already come out
IF you have taken a single statistics or any math class, you know the past has absolute ZERO effect on what’s going to come out
Let me give you an example:
You have 5000 red and blue marbles (balls) in a bag, every time you pull one out, it will be red or blue (forget tie for now)
After pulling 100 of them out and there’s a board showing the history; what is the 101 ball you are going to pull from the bag???

Betting strategy is the only slight chance you have of winning this game.
100%, I always say if the board gave you a 00.00005% advantage they would bury it under the casino. People have no sense when it comes to this. I always look at it for aesthetics, nothing more.

@@kishoredixit5661 that very rarely happens. When it does, I move to a different shoe that’s not so player dominant. I use a Martingale betting system to recover. The key is to win a couple of units per shoe and move on.

Dr. Tom, I know you aren’t a believer In martingale neither am I. My question is do you ever martingale on a small scale like a 3 step max if you are sure of a result of the next hand or two??
Hi Charles...I do teach an aggressive Grand Martingale...just 3 steps that I have played in the past. It is 1-3-7 or 1-3-5. We have not used it for some time. ANYTHING beyond 3 steps is suicide, in my experience and opinion.
