The last time I was downtown there was a guy passed out in a flower planter. I stay far away from Broadway unless I'm at the Ryman for a concert.
One of my favourite cities. Love the nightlife
i remember when no one went downtown great to see what it has become .
All of that corporate money came in about 6 years ago and transformed Broadway. It's crazy. 2nd avenue was the party hotspot for decades, with Broadway being just for the honky tonks. But when they started building the superclubs and switching the music on the rooftops to hip-hop and dance music, that changed everything.

@@magacop5180 - That's what the country bars in Nashville are called. A "Honky Tonk" is technically a cheap bar that plays Country music.

Fun fact. The 5th n Broadway use to be the convention center and then they built the music city center and tore that down and put a food hall, some food places, retail, about 300 to 400 residences, a investment and research company who is from New York. AllianceBernstein, a African American music national museum and a apple store.

Talk to your children about the difference between city and country life. have a neighborhood meeting and lay down the ground rules for your family values. And the hardest part is become a leader. Stay calm during drama situations in the neighborhood. If everyone starts getting along have pool and grill night maybe a bonfire with the ones that understand your family values. Let the children see everyone getting along in the neighborhood is massively huge for their self-esteem and growth as they become adults.
