I don't know if that's really worth the risk to drive in those places like that so late at night.😬 We had a woman here in Nashville who was a nurse getting off her shift late at night and was just at a stoplight, she was shot and killed. It's happened to multiple couples as well. Please be careful! The homeless are armed and dangerous, and taking over too. My daughter had a job at Ole Smokey on 6th and Peabody; First she witnessed two customers be slashed by a homeless man while they waited for the bus in front, they were taken away by ambulance. What broke her though, was when a man ran up to her for help as she was walking out with drinks for a table, his throat was slashed and gushing blood and he died right in front of her. A homeless man had done it with a machete. Nashville's getting really bad and we don't even want to be near the city streets anymore, we drive around it.
Hi, I'm going to Nashville soon and I'm REALLY worried I have heard it's dangerous!! I just want to ask if it is... Like is it safe for tourists? And is it safe to stay in a hotel alone?
Born, raised here. Traveled all over the USA with work. EVERY city has its crime. It is a good city if good things happen when you are there. It is a bad city if bad things happen while you are there. You are out hunting for bad. Nashville is not the "crappy city" you call it.
As someone from Cincinnati who relocated to Nashville in 2016 I can honestly say the street life down here is much less stressful, sure every city has its bad spots, but honestly Nashville is overall very safe city. I lived in Antioch for 2 years which everyone told me was the “hood” but really it was just a giant suburb with tons of nice strip malls.

I'll have to look up some truck stops or something that an hour away.....to stay out of trouble. Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated 🙏
Inner city too dangerous, suburbs wont let you sleep. Seams like a difficult task. Dont be fooled Nashville can be very dangerous. I would try newer hotel parking lots. Find a corner in the back and most likely they are too lazy to check.

These middle class fools won't drive in these areas cause they only see what they want just like the politics. they don't care to even observe the lower income hoods cause every city got them and they don't understand that and why lower income hoods are left unobserved!
Nashville it’s ain’t bad try Memphis at night
Or day
“I thought it was like a suburb but there’s homeless people” 😂
Im born and raised in nashville been living in antioch for bout 15 years now
BEEN HERE ALL MY LIFE THIS IS EVERWARE YOU GO, AND THAT SMELL IS WARE THEY MAKE DOGFOOD DOWNTOWN, BUT IF ITS SO SCARY WUY GO THROUGH THESE NEIGHBOR HOODS AT NIGHT, NASHVILLE IS A BEAUTIFUL CITY, THE YUPPIES ARE COMING TO TRY AND TAKE IT OVER, THATS THE WEIRDOS YOU NEED TO WATCH OUT FOR 🤷THANKS FOR VISITING GO TITANS
I’m from Nashville friends.. it’s safe here we don’t have hoods anymore ..🤣🤣🤣
😂😂😂 no we have safe spaces to think about our lives and future lol
@@Jukira_516 if you go just watch your surroundings!
That happened on the interstate
@@Jukira_516 stay home 🤷
@@joyce9523 I've already went it's not that bad as long as you have family with you.
Real streets? You guys didn't go anywhere LOL
3:03 i lived across the street from the 5 story Cubesmart storage here in Germantown. never thought i'd see someone driving thru here!!
Nashville is more dangerous than Compton by murder rate. Your coming from Cincinnati so it seams safer to YOU.
😂 Antioch is a shthole. 23 years here. Not just 2 years like you. And the malls closed and now new stores and they robbin and rippin them.
Nashville is fun and for the most part civilized 👍
Your 100% right
Bro na
lol can tell you’re not from Nashville 😂
17:42 i used to walk alone in december 2022 same direction of you tillfrom cobra to mc donalds at night,
nothing happened to me there. maybe i was lucky!
I like your videos and your funny stories make it entertaining 😄
Risky topics 😂
Just stay out of Antioch
The septic smell comes from the sCumberland River.
Do your history on the Music City monicker, it has nothing to do with Country music!!! Keep up the good work though!!!! Be careful out there!!!
Great video.
Thanks😊
You guys know of a safe spot in or outside of Nashville to sleep in your car?
I'm headed there in a few weeks and im getting nervous about it all.
For 1....the rest areas state that there is only a 2 hour limit and #2 there seems to be a shit load of police all over that area.
..including Franklin....Brentwood Nolensville.
SO YOU ARE COMING DOWN HERE TO SLEEP IN YOUR CAR? BUT SCARED ITS NOT SAFE? CUT IT OUT 🤣🤣🤣🤣
i lived there and in august they shot my house in the haynes area, i could be dead so i ran away as soon as i could
Next time go to University Court Projects 💪🏻
Amazing video
You made the avi a black man smoking a cigarette as if that makes it the hood. Crazy work
Thats what you got from this video?
Nashville does not have a high crime rate ride through Memphis, B ham or new Orleans late at night then i will be impressed Nashville is a nice city and I like it
unfortunately it’s only gotten worse since this video highkey
Looks totally normal and literally no traffic anywhere
cause he not in the hood here, js in the good parts
The cover is of a black man in from of a store. Just to make this video spooky. He probably was the nicest guy in the hood
Try calling a taxi. Not an uber. Tell him that you want to video the bad parts of town and ask him where to video. This would work in any town.
It’s not “branded” as a country place. It holds an insane amount of country music history. It’s just changed over the years. Unfortunately. 😂
That smell was the Water Company yall was passing a few blocks away when the video 1st started!
We are Music City we got good parts and bad just like everyone else
You are not in the real city hoods of Nashville.
I'd say if you got out the car, you could find some crime pretty quick 😂
That where the tornado went through
That stench you’re smelling is medical waste being burned in a plant not far from where you are driving.
This is the new Salemtown now the old Salemtown yes had a high crime rate. I was born and raised in Salemtown.
We are not music city because of country music. We are music city because of the Fisk Jubilee Singers
You will be safe in all those areas that’s not the hood but he was close to some but they played it safe and those areas not the hood 😂
wheres the worst place in NASHVILLE? I go all over USA nashville aint it.. let me know we roll thru next time
This city is quite compared to Chicago. Chicago has a lot people out all night 24,busy streets, everyone hanging out at gastations all night.Bums flocking over you all night.
You were by the water plant. And Music City it got it's name from the Fisk jubilee singers
Nah fr
I love my hometown ANTIOCH TN falife
This makes me feel Riley is no more 😢
Most overrated city in America. I hate hate hate that city so bad, I loved that Tornado going through their City.
I’ve lived in Madison my whole life and it yes the homeless is such a problem.
and I’m 40
Man ain't that bad go to kansas city. They have clap outs for fun
Madison/out east- shout out, passed my street!
No it's not one of the largest cities in the country
No it's not got the highest crime rate in the country lol
It's basically all types of music now because they have the infrastructure that you can't find anywhere else other than LA
It's actually closer to Austin demographically.
They have no interest in actual facts.
Correct
Ive been to nashville once and it wasnt bad
HAHAHAHA “The Hood” dude come visit us in LA and you’ll see why Nashville is beautiful in comparison
Are there any ladies working the streets in Nashville?
Nashville voting Democrat is destroying Nashville.
😅😅😅😅 your so stoopid for even saying that. Its the only city in that whole region thats not a crap hole
@@FLORIDAHOODVLOGS Your Woke.
If they shut off the street lights,I doubt its a serious hood but just like any pkace, place, still need be careful.
Did you see that random wolf 🐺 walk around lol
You was by the water company and they were turning the sewage that's why it stinks
Smh y’all didn’t even go into any neighborhoods. Just drove around on the roads. Not where anyone lives or anything. This vid is horrible
Thanks for watching
Already 4 minutes in the video, I haven't seen one person walking down the sidewalk except the person walking their dog. So, what is there to worry about? lol
shows how intelligent you are.. self explanatory comment
@@FLORIDAHOODVLOGS Whoa, don't come at me with a comment like that. I'm just making it a point that you're driving through "Real Streets" of Nashville is a walk in the park probably compared to where you're from. The only place in Nashville you'll find weirdos are near the Greyhound bus station/the Mission/and Trinity Lane exit. You can't name any other places than that. Everyone else in the country has it way worse, I'm afraid. Nashville is growing, though. I hope we don't turn into a shithole.
😂there is no worry because they never went to the hoods but as a normal person there’s nothing to worry about at all
@@ceedripster2405 😂😂😂 yea go outside without worrying finna get got real quick
He trippin😂
Should of went to Jefferson street.
A store in a hood 😆
You're hearing a lot about crime and traffic from the natives. Certainly, it's a lot more than what they're used to. Remember Nashville is in the middle of nowhere theoretically. Everything around it is definitely country. So you get people driving in there from a couple of counties out, and they're freaking out because it's busier than it was 20 years ago.
Yes it's worse than it used to be, but for the size of town and the growth it's experienced it's nowhere near Atlanta, St Louis, anything like that..
.
Atlanta is crime centric
St Louis, is quiet. You just use street smarts
If you're so scared of Nashville stay away. This video is opinion not fact. Also it's not that expensive
Scared of nashvile? 🤣
Hollywood of the east
No that’s Atlanta
@@BryantBaudelaire both cities are cultural hubs.
