Yeah waves hold memories along with the rides you had on them. Mexico was always my brothers and mine friends go to when not surfing local So. Cal pre 70s. Now almost 70 years old I still enjoy getting out to have at it with some nice 4 foot Huntington Beach waves

Not trying to say anything, but you paddled out with Mike Ho, and the only wave of his on the video is him getting chapped by Mason. Great video. Pumping waves. Beautiful footage. Everyone rips, and all that. Please don’t take my comments as disrespectful. I just feel that someone like Mike Ho at a spot like Bowls, on a day like this deserves one wave, to show him as the legend he is.
So what's this place called now, pincushion pass or cottontree channel ? Just curious as it has certainly changed a lot since i was there last. Whi remembers when the pincushion was on the southern side of the river mouth ?
