    How many bottles of wax did you use? I've been looking for a wax for our camper. Thanks for the upload

      I use about a 1/2 a bottle when using a powered buffer but a bit more if I do it by hand.

    how much would you cost a person that wants a 34 foot trailer detailed. wash, wheels, tires cleaned, tire dressing, and a fresh coat of wax

    • @AdventureRig
      @AdventureRig  3 года назад

      I don’t know. It would all depend on where you are in the country and how much people charge in that location.

      I own a detailing business in the Midwest and charge $15 per foot for RV/Marine.

      @@AdventureRig nope, I only measure by length. Just finished a 37 foot 5th wheel yesterday. $555 for that job and took 8 hours for wash, decon and wax

    How often would you recommend washing and wax your RV? (We are about to go full time and will be traveling prob. 600 miles per week)

    • @AdventureRig
      @AdventureRig  3 года назад +2

      We wash it after every trip and wax it twice a year.

    Adding a lithium battery powered low speed orbital buffer to your arsenal would pay dividends!

    Everything looks great except for the scrub brush, I'd switch to a microfiber.

    Disagree with using a brush. If you insist on it. I would cover the brush with a microfiber towel. Brushes are never a good odes when it comes to detailing your vehicles. Not once

      Dish soap dulls paint and also strips sealants.

  • @gmrick1412
    @gmrick1412 2 года назад

    You provided no information about drying techniques. For this and other reasons, this isn't a very useful video. After watching other videos I decided to edit my comment (since it is critical) to add that you provided nothing helpful about how to wash the roof (your time spent showing how to clean tires isn't helpful; everyone who washes cars knows this already). If you're going to cause people to spend time watching what you've produced, make it worthwhile.
