I love her. I really wish we hadn't lost her. I miss her even though I never met her. Wherever you are, thank you so very much.
This is a great video especially for the students with limited access to cello lessons during the global pandemic! Thank you
I have much more time for lessons and study with the pandemic but she is still helpful. I can play along with her and she's helping me not wimp out on the speed. I generally play slower and slower without her. haha
Interesting to read so many critical comments. I truly enjoyed the beauty of the music and the competent playing. Bravo and thank you.
IKR i agree
I'm really starting to regret picking this for my audition piece because I think I'm going to screw it up. XD
How did it go??!?
@@champs203 Oof. I didn't end up playing this piece and I ended up quitting orchestra and didn't get into the orchestra I wanted to. 😬
Emily Zapien Artwork well wish me look my teacher just gave this to my for my piece
@Champs I just didn't have the motivation or the drive to learn it. Good luck and I'm sure you'll do great!
i'm doing this piece for my competition-
sigh
rest in peace, Susanne. Thank you for the music you've graced us with.
Beautiful playing! I loved the clarity of your phrasing and the little nuances at the end of chosen phrases - it was delicious!
You play wonderful!
U are AWESOME
Thanks Susanne for streaming this piece online, my girl are using few of your video to practice for her pieces. I believe you helped many people!
OMG!! your talent is truly out of this world. I will never be able to play this as well. Bravo Susanne just Bravo!
She is dead
@@pyran4663 Thats true
keep up the good work, ny sons working on this piece and tis has inspired him!
My, this,

Oh crap. This is next in my Suzuki book.
Darryl Mann SAME

Lol same I can do the first page but the second and third page my god
This is me playing page two and feeling so depressed
Entropy still impressive tho
u r so fast wow amazing it mustve took a long time to get that fast
very helpful! thank you:)
Lightning speed!!! I am trying to play this now...emphasis on trying. 😱
will take me at least a month to play it like that for my hs that's crazy
Colby Rowen Music she isn't even able to play it XD u see all those cuts
@@tanenbomb-gaming Those cuts are parts where the cello has a several measure long rest and the piano takes over. Those parts are cut out cuz it's for cello students and we don't really need to wait minutes for the piano to play the melody.
2x speed=death
She can teleport her hands
Normal speed=death lol
Good song

Very well played, congratulations! But piano player is wrong in bar nr 6. I am missing the a sharp!
No, it's a natural at that point, we're currently playing this in our youth orchestra and it's natural in my score
What did she pass away from? 🤔

why do you cut the video?
Melancholia Dementia she messed up...
In the first part though😂 I see
Because she is playing from the Suzuki book. The Suzuki version cuts out a whole section or two. She didn't stuff up. She never played the middle bit. She has been learning from the Suzuki book.
@@BenWu63 She was not LEARNING from the Suzuki book. She recorded it for cello students who learn from Suzuki book. She was a professional who was principal cellist with the London Philharmonic. She was showing the rest of us how it should sound.

R.I.P 😢
nice bass in your foot.
u play preaty good! no edit please xD
There were a couple of cuts. Mistakes?
I think
they cut out parts where the piano part takes over and the cello has to rest

Where is the spicatto?!
True
You can't tell the difference tho...
I didn’t notice that until now!
Spicatto is tring staccato
@Felix JAKOB Yes ofc it's a word, search it up.
all of a sudden she started to play much faster and the pianist was forced to play faster too hahaha.
&
she is 2 big for that cello
You are right.
She needs a bigger cello.
Well, I'm pretty sure that's a full sized cello so...
The camera was on an angle peep!
@@BenWu63 oh.......wait yeah!!!
