Thanks to everyone that supports me. The videos are free to view, so it really means a lot that you do it anyway. I know who you are, and you know who you are, so thanks very much. It makes me want to produce better content and get more of these videos out 🙏
Skids in time travel. Richard you are a mad man 🤣 I really appreciate the time you put into videos that even a fellow comp flyer can learn from you. We need more people like you in the hobby, otherwise for new flyers its near impossible to work stuff out. You have helped me learn the modern technical flying after a 10 year break 😌
Thank Ben, I appreciate it. I think you'll do amazing in the comps. You've still got all that skill, and you've got an eye for what looks right. Looking forward to see you break into the top bananas!
@@rchelicopter that's very kind, it's a really different world these day's and the speed and energy people fly with is next level but I'm enjoying the challenge. I still cannot overstate how impressed I am with your flying. 😆 Mr Technical! Thanks again, look forward to more content!
this is also a brilliant test of your soldering (or Soddering expertise if you are American), any cold joints or high resistances will soon show themselves to you as a reminder that you should have fitted an Optiguard . :-P
Yay! The hat is back! Great video as always, these are also quite interesting manoeuvres, although I doubt I'll be trying some of these for a while. Maybe after the wormhole, which I might call vortex instead :). Keep up the great work!
So in the nose down position, you say to move them left and right, but not how to move them? Is that by leaning the boom to the side? I’m finding my tail down skids out tick tock, I’m always moving to the left. I think I’m adding some aileron without realising?
For the tictoc loop you will need to start learning how to move with cyclic instead of lean. There is a video here on the differences. ruclips.net/video/txQVge7nixo/видео.html If you added aileron it would start to rotate rather than drift. Drifting left is the normal tail thrust doing its thing. To counter that, your cyclic stick movement should be slanted, like a forward slash.

@@toncsirc Thank you. See, I do listen to your advice. Maybe I'll be as famous as you one day 😂
Gr8 video as always. It was nice to meet you at global 3d. Great work you make there 👍
Thanks Arek. Hopefully see you again next year!
Could you make Al of these these in the simulator with stick movements please?
I'm going to have to find a way to mount the GoPro to the radio. The chest isn't great. I'll figure out a way and make sure it's in all future videos.

What's the best rc helicopter sim?
Depends what you want out of it. Most realistic, best graphics, best online, best VR, etc.
