So is this version better than the normal 1 without doombringer since this seemed to do the waves a lot fast but the boss fight with this 1 is 2x longer than when you did it with the lucion setup? You said this 1 did more dmg tho?
I should have clarified better. If you want to do max damage, you slap on Crown of Lucion full stop. This is true for both a 2H version and a Doombringer version. That setup is incredibly clunky and, frankly, unfun to play. Additionally, Council kill times vary dramatically depending on what bosses you get. Geleb and Maelstrom are the worst. Doombringer is equal to a 2H version with average rolls and will out-damage it with perfect rolls (eg. GA Max Life, 3/3 MW on Max Life) and GA life on most pieces with ~ 2/3 MW. This setup also allows you to swap Crit Chance from your amulet to your totem to get a 3rd passive on your amulet for no opportunity cost.
Is pulverize getting a buff next season? Or will it be a nerf since the health will be really low with the stat squish since it then won’t get the overpowered multiplied loads by the hp
It looks like a straight buff overall even though we'll have lower HP. Raging Pulverize was buffed to 1.75x We're getting a source of consistent overpower that also has a 1.6x multi attached to it AND we're getting a temper that actually does something in the form of double Pulverize I'm not convinced about the Runeword guaranteed overpower, but we'll have to test that and see. Other than that, I'd say Pulv is looking really good for VoH and S6.
I don't know how they're going to take PTR feedback and rebalance Torment 4 and the Pit but I would wager that, yes, Pulverize will still be able to do all high level content like it can now.

so it will overpower more often? And do more dmg?
Yes
what’s going to make it overpower more often?
will pulverize be able to do tormented 4 difficulty and tier 100 pit next season?

and could this build get over 300k life if you had a greater affix max life doombringer?
More than likely, yes. GA Max Life and 3/3 MW
Do I have to play as rouge to easily get doombringer?
