Hey coach. I need help with my power because last season I was hitting bombs on 275-300 ft fences (I’m 14) and now after quarantine I feel like I can barely hit past the infield, even with line drives.
I absolutely love this video! Unfortunately I don’t know anybody that wants to play or practice as much as I do. Been struggling to find a league but this motivated me to get better ⚾️
I have always fallen into the trap about thinking about something else during training such as what homework I have but now after I focused and select specific things to work I can focus and hit a lot better.
Hi coach no hate or anything I am not really seeing results with home run hacks. I’m about 25 days in I’m really not seeing results. I’m hitting of the tee, doing the drills but I haven’t really seen an increase in my power.
Being present is also a life skill. Now is the only moment that exists, the past and future don’t. I struggled with wasting the “now” bc I used to always think about things that happened in the past.
Hey coach, when you have to throw out a runner do you have to throw a four seam everytime, if you do how can I get the ball out in a four seam grip in time to throw out the runner
Yes, it matters. Whenever you're sitting at home doing nothing else (watching TV, 10 min before bed every night, other times), have a ball and practice flipping it and gripping 4 seam. Your throwing errors will be minimized.

@@UltimateBaseballTraining it's true. I didn't make my 13u baseball team but I made the 12u baseball team last year. I tried out for 2 different teams and I don't think I made them. So I'm thinking about training for next season over the winter cuz I don't have basketball. Is that a good idea
