If it was just a punctual thing for specific circumstances it wouldn't be that bad; but it is happening way too often and lasting way too long.
Dude, we are talking about THOUSANDS of simultaneous viewers (~7k), the chat is really not that heavy, try watching one with tenths of thousands. With this viewer count chat can only reflect a mood or a general consensus, you cannot possibly expect more than a few unique ideas to get through, that's what TTS redeems are for.

Should be relatively easy to setup some automated filter that recognizes when someone repeated a phrase too much in one message and did it repeatedly or copy-pasted from someone that did it just a few moments ago.
