Mike Bower was my physical education teacher and my coach at Newton North High School. He was my coach in both football and shot put. I saw Coach Bower nearly everyday in HS, and boy did he take me the distance; All American indoor shot put thrower my senior year!
On this podcast we talk about how and why Mike decided on teaching and coaching. We talk about the difficulties of doing the job with the chaos happening in the world around us. And we reminisce on the good old days.
