my first car was a '93 LeBaron convertible. light blue with white roof, dark blue interior. i often have dreams where i'm driving that car. u never forget your 1st! i remember my friends always being impressed with how quite and soft the engine was when it started up in the morning. one time in partcular my friend Tom kept insisting i didn't actually start it while we were waiting for my brother in the driveway. it had the 3.0 V6. drove it from '96 to about '03, gave it to my girlfiend's sister with about 185k on it. never had 1 single major mechanical issue with it that i remember, and at that age i was very thankful of never having to spend money on it besides brakes. looking back, i DID NOT even maintain it well yet it still never failed me. lots of long drives from NH to the Berkshires during snow storms on the Mohawk Trail with next to nothng in cash and didn't even know how to change a tire back then. can't believe how young and stupid i was back then. anyway, the LeBaron was good to me and i hope to own one again. the "car of your dreams" really hit me because i literally still dream about driving it! oh, and nice legs btw! is the car still for sale? whats the price? i'm in FL in 6 weeks, i'll drive it home to Mass
I remember when some man once said to me, that the LeBaron was going to be a collectors some day. Hang onto it , I wish I still had mine, he said. I do know the feeling. I don't think Chrysler made a better car. The Cordoba was good, but don't wreak it, it'll never be the same again. I also owned a Concorde, which I loved also.
I really appteciate that some of these cars survived in good shape. There's a time 68 cutlass convertibles were "just an old used car", and now they're collectibles. While I'm sure these Chryslers will likely never reach the same level of love and passion, they do make excellent drop top cruisers, without needing the huge fuel bill of a full sized v8 powered convertible of the 50s or 60s. Thanks for sharing this nice example with us!
Nice presentation. I had a 1995 LeBaron GTS, white with with leather seats and red dash/carpet. I loved it! My daughter said it was my pimp car! Bought it used when I lived in Naples, Fl. Man, I miss Naples!!
@ 12:41,....and what a fun, gorgeous convertible it is, Haley! Looks perfect for daily or weekend cruising. Speaking of that, Happy Weekend, Haley! Superb job too!
Yeah they were everywhere in Florida, especially because when you asked for a convertible at the rental-car counter, 90+% of the time this is what you got!
Those are nice rides, the power and toughness of their minivan drivetrain, in a coupe convertible! They get great gas milage also...and the forest metallic is the better of color options!
you mean the budd co. was thee builder for the big 3 ,they invented the spot weld, Budd wheels, semi trailers , planes, i built trains there back in the 1980 to 1987 time period
How many toddlers will fit in the trunk? And will the Canadians be chipper in that narrow back seat? Oh and that 3L V6 is actually a Mitsubishi motor...definite plus!
I had a 87 coupe. The turbo would work the best around 30mph to about 45 mph with a long lag to kick in of course. The car fell apart quickly because Michigan.
@@AutohausofNaples That Lebaron platform ran from 1987-1995. It had only one *exterior* redesign (in 1993) but in those nine model-years it went through three different interiors. The *final interior design* made the two previous interiors seem really bad (because it was so good in comparison).
When you glow over a glovebox in a car review you know you are describing a real dud. In this case it’s called a Chrysler LeBaron. Is the leather Corinthian? Who cares…
Beautiful car.. The color are fine

John Voight owned one of those.

Haley is amazing at presenting these cars! She is the star of the show!
LOL. She won't see this, bro

I absolutely agree! It is wonderful to see some of these survivors. Wish we had more classics out on the road, what a shame!!

About Haley: As till full of spring/summer 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
I’ve always kind of liked these, the best of the K cars. IMO
That car is in really good condition! Wish I could get one just like this!
I would instantly pay full asking price in cash for this car... if the Legend Bill would deliver it in person and produce a 90 minute video on it.
Nice presentation, well preserved car.The lebaron, has nothing on you Hayley❤

I remember my Lebaron. It was a Chrysler Lebaron Turbo Town & Country wagon.

That summer dress and those heel shoes.

Yes! Thank you for the correction!
Why is Bill not reviewing this car? Come on man.
I had one of those when I was about 18 years old. It was a1989 model.

Oops! I was wrong. The Lebaron only had two interior designs. 1987 to 1989 and 1990 to 1995. The later one was much, much better.

Thanks!
What did you clowns do to this car? Where's the gold accents?
You put the windows down before the top.
That's a Phantom
Hi I liked you
