Thanks for showing this behind the scenes look at how your local meat shop makes their sausages and pepper sticks. It was fantastic and informative to watch. We don't have any local shops like that in my area. All our pepper sticks and sausages are made by large companies and shipped to large grocery stores. Would love to find out what FRESH tastes like! I'll have to see if they have a website.
