Oh wow this brought back memories. When my husband and I were first married some 30 years ago. He had never been camping in his life. I had been to 40 States camping. So we bought a tent. The first time he ever ate coffee made in a pot percolator did you put on a fire grilled steak on a fire. For dinner and breakfast I made toast on the fire. It was a fantastic trip he really enjoyed it. I sure miss him he's passed away three and a half years ago. But I brought back some awesome memories seeing you

I spent every summer from the time I was 2 until I was about 28 "camping" at a private campgrounds in East Troy on Army Lake. We started in a old school bus that was converted into a camper. When we were little we spent the entire summer out there (best memories). Also did a little tent camping at Devil's river.

My dad took me camping all the time in the 80's, he taught me everything I needed to know to survive the wilderness. I've since tent camped in 49 of the 50 States. I'm so grateful my Dad took the time out to do all the fun camping adventures.
One day, I will make it to Montana. I've been Iced out from the Washington state side and snowed out coming from Wyoming.
This was fabulous and brought back so many wonderful memories. The girls are going to remember this forever with fondness.

You know all kids have their day of being fussy but I must say that your children are very well behaved and so was dad😊 Dad you did a great job with the girls and looked like yall had a great weekend! 😊

Hey Jason! Jellystone park was fun when I was a kid. We did fishing for Rainbow trout.
Door county...in Bailey's Harbor, there is a place to stay called The Rushes. My extended family would stay there for decades. Theres walking oath, cabin for swimming, crafts, old time pinball, sauna, hot tub. Has daily events wine tasting...nearby to other small cities. Its on a nature preserve..so it's very tranquil and serene.
