I love my Nissan Ariya. Its a comfortable, roomy, moderately sporty, visually appealing inside and out, solid car. While it has slower charging speeds than Hyundai and shorter range than Tesla Y, I think it loooks better than both. I have a home charger and dont take long trips. Its interior appearance and creature comforts are superior to BMW and Audi for a lot less $$. Overall, it doesnt win in any specific category but leads in most and thats why I bought it.
Parking brake. If the car is on auto brake hold (press a bit harder on the pedal - indicator goes green) then parking brake will come on automatically when you hit P. If not, it won't and you have to pull the parking brake switch. No idea why they designed it that way. It is a great car, though
Love my Ariya Platinum+. Everything you said about the vehicle is correct but I wouldn't trade it for any other vehicle in its segment. A Rivian R1S on the other hand....😂
Good review and def things that would make me reconsider buying it. Funny how its the small things that annoy us, maybe it's because they could have been easily avoided. I think Skoda and volvo seem to put a lot of thought into the driver and this is reflected in the mood and ambience when driving these cars in real life
I like the car. My current average highway consumption is 3.7 miles per kilowatt. The car does loose efficiency pretty fast over 70 miles per hour. But unless I am driving at midnight that's not much of problem. The car will use about 1% a day just sitting there. I wish Nissan never made the Premiere. Every one thinks the car cost over 60k US because of that car. An AWD Engege+ can literally be bought in the US for 48.5k. Also the parking brake should just work when you press the button. That one might be broken.
I love my Ariya , i only miss Android Automotive It is not clear in the Map Navigator about the battery with which you arrive at your destination, is is ugly as hell. Inwoyld prefer Google maps or waze. Or something from this century!

Enjoy
An extremely smooth driving electric car. I know several people who have it.

Hay. Do you prefer Nissan Ariya or ID.4?
Thanks.

To expensive compared to others.
Cheaper than a Model Y in Sweden and muuuuch more comfortable and quiet. Ordered one.
@@smurfgudrun really in Canada the Nissan is about $10k more.
@@Lorwildrose A pity. A Model Y Long Range is roughly 3000usd more expensive than a Full Spec Ariya Evolve e-4orce here.
But they come fully loaded unlike mercs or Tesla
@@paulsansom9368 you can get a Q4 for about the same in Canada.
This car is in beta stage , not worth to think about it. Real range 30% lower than official data :)
Yo really have not driven this car.
Not true, doing more than 500Km per charge with mine.
@@Cosmycal go at 66mph or 110km /h and you du maximum 370km range
@@2kMarioIn other words, similar to a Model Y but with twice the comfort
I hit about 318 miles at 65mph when the weather is mild. I have platinum e-force edition.
