In what field backward tribe surpassed the five forward tribe I am amazed if what they claim is really true.
Nagaland government should know how many employees from every tribe are presently serving from back ward tribes, tribe by tribe and percentage to percentage. Also in gazetted officers category should be included tribe by tribe. Then all the nagas will know the exact statistics of the government employees in nagaland. We will know who are the officials who are manipulating the recruitment policy of his own tribes. People should know that all big and high officials are from advance tribes only including the chief minister and other backwards are in lowest category lists. Enpo should not be also blind about this problems.
