i love how hes not doing it with expensive art supplies, hes just doing it in crayola markers. makes it feel like anyone really can do it
yes you are right he does do it without expensive markers or art supplies and i mine practically crayola is not that dear at all hes also very clear and nice to listen to and follow along with. :D
Pssshhh... I said NO HE AINT USING A CRAYOLA!😂 shoot I can go out and get an IPAD PRO, and all the expensive pencils in the world and not even come close!😲. Very nice... that’s why I’m watching because if you can master the likeness- you got it!👏🏽

You make this look so easy! I tried on my own and for me, it's a lot harder to do because I am so used to drawing things exactly how I see them. But here I gotta use imagination and add character and exaggeration
Same boat here! Its hard to draw unrealistically. While I was watching I was adding all those shadows in his forehead, painting it in my mind.
Stop copying stuff originality is so much better.
im the same, i can draw anything i see pre much exactly how i see it but freehand stuff comes much harder

WOW! I have looked at a few other RUclipsrs that offer caricature lessons and this one by far is my favorite so far! His voice is very relaxing to listen to and the instruction throughout the video is very nice!
I just wanted to give a big Thank You for making this video. I am a professional artist and I got asked recently to do a caricature and you would think its no big deal but for me it was difficult and looks like a cartoon alright but not really a caricature. Ill try doing it your way with head shape first and see if I can improve. Your voice is soothing too. ;) Thanks again!

Your an amazing artist. I was never good at portraits or faces in general. Always loved the funny cartoon style. Youve been a huge help and inspiration to start trying that style. I love the way you teach and let us know its ok to come back and touch up things later. I try to not go back over the same area and the way you taught was use part of the face to determine where the nose goes to the ears. The eye brows to determine the eyes. Very talented. Thank you!

Trying to find my own style of art, I have talent just doesn't come easy with every style at all, think I may have found something in this, thank you for your energy and time and this was great help your a great teacher as well. All the other styles have all this fancy markers paints pencils even erasers, dudes got a Crayola marker and I'm so going to pursue this! Thanks man!

Wow! Thank you! You are a very skilled teacher. Will you please do another video concentrating on normal facial and feature shape(s), relationships between the various facial features, and shading. As you did in this video, please complete the charicature. Please comment on what features may seem "odd", awkward, out of place, disproportionate, etc., as you draw them but enhance the final composition as you finish it.

My friend was in a bad motorcycle wreck and his mom wanted a drawing of him for when he woke up. This video helped me tremendously. This was my first caricature and portrait I’ve ever done! I only wish I could show the picture! Do you have a tutorial on hooded eyes?
