When I first started watching your channel years ago I had just bought a house, gotten married and had a daughter. Long story short house caught fire and the wife and I bought a new one. Well in the buying and slight remodel we were doing, putting in all hardwood b/c the carpets were filthy and other small stuff, we hired a contractor to help. Great guy and he went so far as to ask if my wife minded his workers smoking, because she had mentioned she hated the smell of cigarettes. Well she said if they were smoking a cigar or a pipe she didn't mind, now my wife had made me stop smoking and this was news to me. There was a space upstairs that my wife told me could be my Man Cave. I watched your first video about your cigar lounge and well I'm finally 3 years later getting around to building my room into my lounge. Even though I run both of my side jobs out of it, I'm a LEO full time, and have enough whiskey to make you think a drunk lives in my house I'm still trying to make into somewhere I can relax and get some work done with a smoke and a drink. Currently I'm making an old fashioned bar to put in there along with a stand up humidor.

I’m big on moderation and not cutting out the things in life that bring joy. I’m under no illusion that the cheeseburger I eat is good for me but one a week as part of a healthy diet and regular exercise is just fine. I’m not planning on having one daily though. Bourbon and cocktails are my typical indulgence but I’ll have a nice cigar every now and then out of my humidor.

We purchased a brand new house over the summer that had a dining room but also a space off the kitchen that could be used as a dining area as well plus a large island with room for stools so I told my husband why don't we just turn the dining room into a whiskey room for him. I showed him your video. We painted it Peppercorn by Sherwin Williams. Got cabinets from Home Depot which we're painting the same color. He found an old school record player. He has a bunch of albums that were just sitting in the garage. We're currently putting it together now. He's so excited to have a space like this in our house. '

Pro tip for the coolidor… get a pack of orbeez and put them in the humidifier tray. It prevent the water from sloshing out when moving the drawer rapidly and it also acts like a boveda by creating some 2 way action. Keeps it between 67-70rh consistently

I have a NewAir dual zone beverage cooler and it's great except for one small thing. When the power goes out, the temperature resets to the factory default of 56º. There's nothing worse than going to grab a luke warm beer or soda after being out in the heat because the power blipped yesterday and you didn't realize it or didn't remember to go lower the temperature.

On a secondary note Epiphone is a great guitar so having one is fine. My wife plays she has 13 electric and four acoustic guitars. She has been playing for ten years and is pretty good we were lucky enough to be from Northern Ohio which is really a great music scene you know the rock hall thing. Well we had Glenn Swartz as a not only as a friend but he came to our house and blessed us with him doing a show. If your not familiar with Mr. Swartz he was the founding member of the James Gang and helped get Joe Walsh to where he is. And also was a founding member of PGAE group from California. He was a super great person that was unbelievable on guitar. Wife had a tubed super reverb but got the new reverb because of weight she like me are old and carrying 36 pounds is way easier than the 90 pounds the tube amp weighs.

I have a NewAir dual zone beverage cooler and it's great except for one small thing. When the power goes out, the temperature resets to the factory default of 56º. There's nothing worse than going to grab a luke warm beer or soda after being out in the heat because the power blipped yesterday and you didn't realize it or didn't remember to go lower the temperature.

On a secondary note Epiphone is a great guitar so having one is fine. My wife plays she has 13 electric and four acoustic guitars. She has been playing for ten years and is pretty good we were lucky enough to be from Northern Ohio which is really a great music scene you know the rock hall thing. Well we had Glenn Swartz as a not only as a friend but he came to our house and blessed us with him doing a show. If your not familiar with Mr. Swartz he was the founding member of the James Gang and helped get Joe Walsh to where he is. And also was a founding member of PGAE group from California. He was a super great person that was unbelievable on guitar. Wife had a tubed super reverb but got the new reverb because of weight she like me are old and carrying 36 pounds is way easier than the 90 pounds the tube amp weighs.

Great work! You should create a 30-45min ambient ASMR scene of you and the friends just smoking, taking sips of whiskey, etc. I don't know, I wouldn't mind having that in the background while I'm working from home!
