“Cost you everything” already means that you’ll have nothing left
The second phrase is redundant and awkward

the point of the second line is to make an impact it's like reinforcing the point already made
and with the way Lady Danbury usually speaks only the first sentence doesn't give her enough dialogue to be dramatic and impactful.
like if someone from our generation was speaking they would put stress on everything
or even repeat it but that doesn't make sense with the regency mannerisms either.
