Hi Andy, from all the farmtubers your channel has the most exciting projects. I wish you had +500k Subscribers, a cameraman and a professional editor. Your projects deserve much more attention than they currently have. Keep up the good work!
I like it when your jaw jackn andy!! Jared id a real good job of jaw jacking in the tool box video... he had the same sound and attitude as his father.. it was a smooth transition...
The fabrication videos are my favorite im a retired wrlder fabricator. People don't always understand a fabricatirs thinking.
Because we have to be thinking
Several steps ahead. Lol 23:27
Loved the video. I did not expect the air tank to be short enough to allow the hoist to be mounted without moving it. Like that torque multiplier nice. Looking good Andy. 😊
Another great video Andy. How's Alex and the rest of the crew that was sick doing?
They are all gaining
@@FarmingFixingFabricating That's good to hear..
Oh my gosh, that is a B-B trailer under that manure crawler. They are built in Farley Ia and that is where I work and it is great to see one of our trailers in operation. We build a lot of Ag trailers and I didn't know that they hauled those crawlers. Mostly tall sprayers. Look up Behnke Enterprises some time for other options of trailers.😊
Another good one Andy KEEP THEM COMING 🐄 🚜 🇺🇲 👍
Great video. Looking forward to seeing the new 8 tire addition.
Finally getting you into stuff we're used to seeing you do in the winter! Good video. I liked Jered's video on the toolboxes too!
I am happy to hear that the old box was sold. Too good to go for scrap metal
Hi Andy !
Hi Sarah and Jered !
very good looking black fram .
Good job on truck fram .
Thanks Andy for your time and everybody have a good day in the shop ! 🙋♂️
Hi Andy glad seeing Jerard getting more comfortable being on Camera, he did awesome job with the tool box video, been looking myself and tell him was very helpful....keep it guys...lol and girls.....😊
I do all my 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4" holes with the same big drill and reamers like yours. Been doing it for 15 years and love it.
I chuckled when you said you add D Rings to help when this truck “Gets Stuck” rather than “If It Gets Stuck” 🤣😂
Seen your delivery of the new tractor, when do we get a review of it. Looks like a nice unit. Truck 9 is going to look great with the new box.
I'm here to see the new Big purchase the John Deere tractor😊
Coming right up😀
@@ISXCUMMINS565you close to delivering it? 😁
i see steve delivered your 9620r tractor to the farm and junior was smiling ear to ear driving it off the trailer.
ANDY, WHAT A TALENTED MAN YOU ARE.
Thanks for sharing. Always enjoy your videos. Hello from Ohio.
Looking good Andy 👍🏻
Thanks Andy, I enjoy watching all videos and the work you do.
Just watched a video of a nice looking delivery being made to the farm 🚜. Congrats on your new purchase Andy. Andy would putting anti seize on the torque arms make them any easier to take off when that time comes again 🤔🍻
I anti seized them on the way in
Couple of items, Andy.
As Chuck noted, you need a larger shop, period. 👍
Second, I got a sneak peak of the "new" delivery from Ga. on ISX video. Lookin' fwd to the 'come out' vid. 👌
Excellent video perfect length. I like the truck projects
I always would teach new people changing oil is when you pick the oil plug up in your hand, no matter what happens next in your world you don’t stop until the plug is tight.
When the excavating company I worked for got bulk oil, I was servicing a piece of equipment. I put oil, in checked it. It needed one more quart, added a quart, checked it. It needed 3 quarts, looked under neath , I forgot to put the drain plug in.
I drove 2 hours into PA to spend a bunch on a Miller diesel engine drive welder yesterday,Pipe pro 400. sold my Bobcat 250 with 50 hrs on it to my buddy. Chuck is looking for a diesel welder since I told him I was looking,he likes to 'one up'-I got him this time!
Awesome enjoyed this thankyou.
you never know when you will need a torgue multi-plier, You made a Good investment
JD specs that you use a Torque Multiplier for dual and some Combine wheels.
Secret’s out!!! Another YT channel just showed your new 9R!
Haha yup
@@FarmingFixingFabricatinglooks nice! I have some time in a couple of those!
She is beautiful.
What channel?
@@christisking7778 it’s ISX Cummins channel
Awesome video thanks for your time and consideration top job top team 🚛🚜🚛🚜🚛🚜
Andy you have a lot of luck!!! Them bolts were easy with that torque multiplier wrench help! If that was me I would have to heat it up and I would still break something!!!😂😂
Those torque multipliers are nice to have. I bought one for doing pinion nuts. I also use it for torquing big nails to when the 3/4 torque wrench doesn’t go high enough
Hi Andy !
i saw on another you tube chanel your # 9620 R is on your way to the farm.
Very nice! Have a good day bud ! 🙋♂️
Yes
Everyone in your family getting well nomore colds.
Good the crawler has rub rails.
I like how small that mag drill is. Sure is a lot easier to hange than the Millwalkee. But will it last 35 years like one?
All this time i thought Jered was a hired hand!!! Didn't know he was your son!! Awesome!!👍🙏😊🇺🇸
Oh yeah. Jered lets his old man work there--gives him something to spend his time!
Ugh you have to be new
I can definitely understand why someone would think that tho for sure
@@George-dy3pt Yes sir!! Couple years. All this time I'm thinking what an employee he is!! Saw the girls and Andrew come aboard but never a mention of Jered.
@@beckyumphrey2626 thanks 🙏 Awesome family!! So much talent.Does Andy ever rest?
Looks like some new tires are needed.
On what
You must have walked through the cow barn that’s why the bolts on torque bars keep off so easily 👍🚜
Nice job 👍🏻🇺🇲
ENJOYED WATCHING THE VIDEO ANDY 😊
Hello enjoyed your video. Do use a special bit for drilling the frame rails? Have a great day.
Not really
Just bought a torque multiplier a couple of months ago for $25 guy didnt know what it was dont know how i got along without it
An experienced tool-room guy might use a "Transfer Punch" to spot those hole centers through the angle mounts onto the frame.
Want my method better
Mack’s have a TDC mark for 1-6 you don’t use that mark to adjust valves. You use the VS marks. Which there are three of . VS - 1-6 means you either adjust the valves on one or six , which ever one is in its loose position. You also need to hold down pressure on the adjusting screw when checking valve lash. Valve adjustment is nothing to rush thru, take your time and get it perfect.
He's installing a hoist, not adjusting valves you're giving the wrong kind of advice here lol
You meant that for Duffy didn’t you?🤣
He's over on Duffy's channel, recommending how to weld in a hoist hahahaha
I’ll remember that
Hey Andy explain to us why you like this type of hoist versus the old one. please
They are more stable
What drill bits you use to go threw the frame dimond tip ones so last longer.
Will you eventually put a slide rail system on this truck or is it just gonna have the box on it
No slide rail
How many boxes have you put on the trucks
I’ve done all of our own…Along with our own and what I’ve done for other people I’ve done over 100 altogether
@FarmingFixingFabricating WOW that's a lot of metal and welding
Do you guys under coat your trucks/equipment after the season of use?
No
Always great content 👍
Which mag drill from vevor were you using? I know you have like 2 from them. I’m needing to do the same I my frame soon.
They were suppose to send me the 1400 and sent the wrong one twice. The one on this video was the 1300
Hey Andy, are any of you guys going to the farm show in Syracuse?
Andy.... How's "Big Al" doing...Still recovering...??
I notice that you never paint wheels. I always like to finish them off with a good coat of fleet white
All my boys want to wear is t-shirts too.
That older ford across the road from the shop is that yours, and what year and model please. Thank you.
Nate’s truck I believe a 1990 F-250
Andy needs a New Squirt Bottle for his cutting Oil!
Do you have to check drive angels when you replace rods?😊
No these ones are pre welded
Why are you changing the box out on the truck? Crawler trail is cool nice if Crawler goes down or have to put out of commission can get it in and out of the shop easier
Needed to be bigger
Curious of your opinion of the diesel electric drive that Edison Motors is doing. Would you ever do a conversion like that to one of your trucks, or purchase one from them. Seems like their electric axles would work well for you in your field hauling situations.
Don’t know much about them
@@FarmingFixingFabricating they also have a youtube channel under edison motors.
What do u use to sharpen drill bits
Bench grinder on regular bits
Need to git that 9R620 video up an posted who's gittin that tractor?????
Andy that air tank does not look right should it not be on the bottom side of that bracket because won't the box hit the tank ??
Hey Andy how are you liking your New 9620R tractor? I bet the Girls or Andrew is going to be fighting over it to see who takes claim to it for harvesting season this year lolol.
We’ll soon find out
I watched a videos from ISX Cummins, he delivered to you a 9620R, when do we get to see it?????
Couple weeks maybe
Just curious: why did you go from the monopole to the scissor lift? Was stability an issue, or is the latter faster cycling? I know scissor lift is more stable, even against dual cylinder lifts, but was it a problem before?
It doesn't fit the new box.
@@farmerbill6855 I get that, but since he built the new box, he must have a reason for the scissor lift. They unload on a flat surface, but I am curious as to why he switched the hoists. Not a complaint, but curious. I totally understand the stability advantage.
@@MorganOtt-ne1qj in another comment,Andy said it's for stability.
Twin cylinder are more stable, faster and better for this application…plus no wasted space with a dog house which also plugs up the corners
Any certain Brand of Drill bits you use or Do you Sharpen them?
I drill a lot of Stainless Steel but it’s nothing like Stainless back in the 1980’s!
The annular cutter that I was using in this video was a generic bit…Milwaukee bits have been good
That rubber block suspension makes my back hurt, just looking at it.
Better than hanging springs on a Hendrickson!!
Who edits your videos
I do
👍
Would that guy that bought the old box would he hire you to put a box back on his truck chassis.
I think he has somebody else already setup to install it
Andy I see time where you are in a position you could go bad and get hurt you are the boss and a leader can’t have getting laid up
First 6:30
My bosses kid forgot to put the oil plug on the 4230 once. He's 30. Woops
Enjoy your videos
Wil you PLEASE make longer videos,? 35-58 minute videos are just not quite long enough!
It was scared, thats why it was so easy. It knew not to mess qith a hourigan
Paint the wheels paint the wheels…what’s a little more paint lol
Why is the sound so staticy? It sounds like when a long time smoker gets that hole in their throat and they have to talk from that hole
Force will prevail
if you know you know whats in the crates??
sorry but i don't know!!! 🤨👍👍
Vari cool fan drives
I guess Andy is too busy to notice the chunk missing off the lift axle tire. It’s no wonder why they have so many tires come apart especially when they overload their trucks.
Farmers are allowed to run a little over especially at harvest time but I seriously doubt they follow that one.
If you don't have nice things to say please keep them to yourself
Do you know how that chunk go taken out of that tire? I’m guessing you don’t. It more than likely got scuffed while the axle was up. If that tire was in your truck you can go ahead and replace it but I’m guessing there are other things more important that you are missing.
That chunk ain't nothing, those tires don't see much use, only when loaded
@@FarmingFixingFabricatingI doubt he owns or has driven a truck lol.....
@@Adam_Poirier 😂😂😂 probably
I suppose you have ordered those $400 Trump gold shoes for the entire family.
That forklift sounds awfully whine-y
It’s probably been reading the comments…😂

If you hadn't bought the torque multiplier, You would have needed it. Murphy's Law 2.
If you cry like Duffy cries vevor will send you a new set of bits. You need to go to Duffy school of begging lol.
With all that goes on in the shop do you think you would ever extend it for some extra space?🛠🔨🔩
