Sorry, for those who said that the sting bugs can't figure out how to get out. They can. I made this trap and it never caught any of them, (although I only find 1 or 2 wondering around my office from time to time during the winter). Since they did not go to the trap, I captured them and dropped them in. I observed them for almost an hour while I was working online when I noticed that one of them had figured out how to turn around and get on the funnel part of the trap. I shook the trap to force it down again and decided to leave it on my desk over night. The next morning I looked and they had escaped.

Then feed them to some chickens when you are done, they will gladly eat them.
